02/12/2025: What can I say? The food was reasonably good, the service pleasant, the waiter was friendly despite his lack of formal training, and the dining room was empty while the other restaurants on the square were full. The value for money was definitely lacking. Two things really disappointed us. First, I asked the waiter what vegetables were in my dish, and he couldn't tell me. When we came back, we learned that the chef had gone home, and the waiter explained that the kitchen assistant was running the show. Second, we were refused an upgrade to a higher-priced menu because, and I quote, the waiter said, "I ask at the beginning because I don't know how to upgrade the menu when the bill arrives." So we ended up paying full price for a starter/main course plus dessert, even though a three-course menu (starter/main/dessert) was available. This is the first time this has ever happened to us.

29/08/2026: A fantastic evening! Excellent food at a very reasonable price (€30 for a starter, main course, and dessert) on a lovely terrace on Avenue Victor Hugo, with a wonderful owner. Everything was perfect, thank you to Cyril and his young waitress; thanks to them, we had a wonderful evening. We'll be back very soon for another experience.

28/10/2025: Strange experience. Negative points: The owner was smoking a cigarette outside the table at 7:30 pm when we arrived. There were two forks instead of one and a knife on the table. The table next to us wasn't fully set. There were stains on the tablecloth on the side facing the customer. Only one red wine was available (due to a delivery issue...) and it was served cold because "it's just come from the cellar, you'll have to wait a bit"... (if there were no other wines, why wasn't it at least brought to room temperature beforehand??). The scallop risotto was underwhelming, far from being a risotto, with barely two scallops on the plate. The starter was a trio of foie gras, including pan-seared foie gras served on a chilled plate. There was a 30-minute wait between courses (and there were only six tables). The desserts were uninspired and expensive, especially for a mass-produced chocolate fondant (15 euros, just the Metro brand fondant, and a scoop of store-bought sorbet). The owner was smoking a cigarette at 8:50 pm (in the company of the chef, so it's no wonder we waited 30 minutes between courses), so we went outside to ask for the bill. I asked where the restrooms were, and the owner said, "Wait, I'll go check, I haven't had time to clean them," and flushed the toilet in front of me... no soap. That's outrageous. Positive points: The welcome was still friendly. The food was well-prepared, the ingredients were good, but nothing was exceptional, even if the techniques and cooking methods were sound. For example, the scallop risotto was far from being a risotto, and inexplicably topped with the same garnish as all the other dishes (the same one I had on my tournedos Rossini): a mix of sautéed vegetables, including potatoes. About the risotto... The place is quite unusual. An experience costing 100 euros for two, but not worth it. A shame. 100 euros is a lot of money.

17/10/2025: Extremely good. Even at past midnight, you could eat. Lovely place. We were the only two that late night. Clear, cosy and romantic. Fresh products, nice attendance. Tasty. My girlfriend said orgasmic. Served by the Chef himself. Not as expensive as it should be. A place to recommend, no doubt.

04/09/2026: I was particularly disappointed. I ordered two double Whopper cheeseburgers, and one of them had a hard, floury bun. I do not recommend it.

03/09/2026: Another incomplete order. Again. Because apparently, reading a receipt all the way through is optional at this Burger King. It's becoming a ritual: I pay for everything, I leave with half. And what about customer service? An email sent over a week ago, still no reply. Complete silence. It seems that responding to wronged customers isn't really a priority—as long as we keep ordering, why bother? Ironically, when the patio is quiet, an employee comes around offering a free ice cream in exchange for a 5-star Google review. A practice forbidden by Google (incentivized reviews are supposed to be removed), but which probably explains why the rating doesn't reflect the reality of the service at all. Between the botched orders and the total disregard for customer service, this Burger King has managed the feat of making me regret every visit. Avoid at all costs.

22/08/2026: I had dinner there on my birthday and was very disappointed. My dish was terrible. I couldn't even eat the rice; it was overcooked and served to me as a paste. Far too expensive for the quality, not to mention the fact that we could hear the arguments coming from the kitchen in the dining room. A real shame.

05/07/2026: My mother introduced me to this Vietnamese restaurant, and I had a wonderful time. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and pleasant. The dishes were very good, flavorful, and well-prepared. I especially loved the beef with onions—a real treat! A great find; I'll gladly return.

16/04/2026: We arrived at 7:50 PM and waited over 20 minutes before our drinks were even served. Meanwhile, a group of four arrived after us, and we were served drinks plus a main course (there were only two of us). We are regulars at this establishment, so we were quite surprised to see that the appetizer to share, still at the same price, had been reduced by more than half in size.

16/04/2026: I was familiar with the one in Colmar, where I used to go near the cinema. I've only been here once so far; the Queen Victoria salad was very good, and the poached egg was perfect. The service was pleasant, and I'll be back.

09/09/2026: I went to the drive-thru this morning, I couldn't understand the order announcement over the loudspeaker, and I'm missing a sandwich. You can forget about the ketchup, but not a sandwich!

25/08/2026: We regularly eat at Bistronome; the food is fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is always smiling! The setting is very pleasant with a lovely terrace, and the owner is fantastic!

08/06/2026: Extremely expensive for such meaty pork and a sugary dessert. Go to Flunch, it's better.

21/03/2026: The best baguette and the tastiest croissants we know! This baguette needs no toppings.
