14/02/2026: We waited a full hour before finally being offered a refund. No explanation or apology from the staff for the extremely long wait. At this point, calling yourself a "Fast Food" place is pointless.

28/06/2025: I ordered a curry pizza, they "forgot" the curry..

23/06/2025: They forget the extra charge even though you paid for it, and when you point it out, they hang up on you. They neglect their customers and are not attentive; they just want to make money.

16/02/2026: This is the incessant ringing noise your customers have to endure while eating in your restaurant. It's unbearable! I asked a staff member who told me they couldn't do anything and then left! And I won't even mention the coldness of the entire staff. This McDonald's is a truly strange place. 😱 Shameful.

30/01/2026: Avoid at all costs. The €26.90 ribeye steak, advertised as Angus, was inedible, full of gristle, and served rare on the thickest part, even though we ordered it medium-rare. The vegetables looked like they came straight from a can. No sauce was included; everything was extra. We had to send the plates back because the dish was so disappointing. Instead, we ordered a poke bowl-style salad… but we were still charged full price for the ribeye. The owner offered no compensation whatsoever and even charged €3 for the small green salad that was supposed to accompany the dish. A very disappointing experience; clearly one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to.

20/01/2026: I arrived today at 1:11 PM. Upon arrival, the waitress told me, in a rather unpleasant tone, that I should "hurry up because we close at 2 PM." Yet there were still nearly 50 minutes before closing time, and the restaurant was completely empty. I'm a regular at this establishment, which makes this situation all the more disappointing. I wanted to introduce my friend to it, especially since the menu had really appealed to her. My lunch break starts at 1 PM, and if at 1:11 PM I'm made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them, I simply can't eat anywhere. Giving the impression of being rushed out like this is very unpleasant and completely ruins the experience. It's a shame, because customer service is an integral part of a restaurant.

19/09/2025: Veery Very very slow service, all staff working in relax mode!!!!!! Some persons from staff was smoking cigarette in guest dinner area!!!! while others just talking with guests for nothing.

01/02/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. Even at the checkout, there was no greeting or goodbye. We went in for the McDonald's bag, and they told us it was there, so we used our 100 points to pay for it. Then they told us it wasn't there and that we couldn't get our points back. They offered us an extra box of nuggets or a simple ice cream for 100 points, which is absurd since we weren't going to eat it. So they gave us a tray worth 70 points instead of 100. They're scammers.

30/01/2026: Order arrived incomplete. We waited 20 minutes for the rest! And what's more, it wasn't even correct. The manager was overwhelmed, the server incompetent! In short, avoid McDonald's at all costs!!!
