27/12/2023: Je ne sais par où commencer. Entre le préparateur de commande qui crie les noms non stop sans aucune envie d'être la ou bienveillance, la pizza commandée en avance pour 20h30 qu'on reçoit à 21h, puis le garçon a l'acceuil incapable de savoir lire un ticket et des réductions : je viens un mardi pour bénéficier de la promo à 8 euros, je fais une commande groupée avec des amis pour qu'on puisse recevoir tout en même temps. On demande à diviser la facture, que chacun puisse payer sa pizza. Déjà, le caissier ne semble pas savoir comment faire une division ou car il nous demande combien ça fait 31 divisé par 3, de faire le calcul nous même puis de lui dire (????), puis je redemandé à ce qu'on puisse juste payer nos pizzas chacun, pas besoin de diviser équitablement. On me demande de payer ma pizza 19 euros, ce qui me paraît cher mais bon, je vais pas chipoter, c'est vrai que j'avais rajoute des choses sur ma pizza mais bon. Puis la il demande à mon ami, qui a pris une pizza ultra basique, de payer 15 euros la sienne ! Intrigué je me demande pourquoi le prix n'est pas le même que sur l'appli, auquel cas il me tends le ticket et me dit "vous voyez y'a marqué 15 euros ici", tout en ignorant la ligne juste en dessous des 15 euros avec marqué "remise" et le montant à retirer de la facture.... C'est la que je comprends que ce jeune homme n'a pas compris le principe de remise et de réductions et m'a fait payer le prix fort pour ma pizza ! Nous voilà bien embêtés, j'ai payé plus cher que ce que je devrais. Je demande juste du coup pour régler ça vite a pouvoir payer le reste, auquel il redit de payer 15 euros (???) puis finalement de payer le reste mais que c'est à nous de calculer combien ça fait 31- 19 ? Mon ami propose de régler tout ce qui reste, lui il comprends pas et décide finalement de savoir faire une division et demande 6 euros chacun à mes amis restants. On règle vite, même pas un geste, juste un "ah, ouais, désolé". Sacré expérience.

16/12/2024: I was disappointed with my experience at this Italian restaurant. The salmon pasta was not up to par, with poor quality salmon and a dish served lukewarm. Also the glass was dirty which is not acceptable. Despite welcoming staff, I do not recommend this restaurant.

15/12/2024: Arrived this Sunday at 1 p.m., the bartender didn't say hello, neither did a waiter and the waitress who passed right next to me acted like I was invisible. Say hello to her, she answers me coldly and half-heartedly. I ask if we can eat, she says yes with a bad day face, turns her back on me and leaves. So we left again. There are so many choices of restaurants in Bordeaux. It's not worth spending a cent in this establishment. If they don't want to work, we'll look elsewhere. I really don't recommend.

14/12/2024: I went there 4 times and when I got home there was something missing from my order...amazing. The drive is super long, almost always. The only positive point is that it is open later than others if necessary. Oh yes also the “double cheeseburger” a scam… it’s smaller than a “normal” one that we had some time ago, it’s crazy.

09/12/2024: Honestly a shame... Cesar salad to take away €10 without formula 2 ridiculous pieces of chicken on the other hand plenty of green salad…. No more bread to give because it is out of stock...no action in relation to that! I won't go back there again I'm hungry…..
