14/02/2026: Hello to whoever is reading this, I won't give my opinion on the pizzas since I didn't eat any (perhaps they are good quality). Unfortunately, I didn't eat any there because my experience was bad. I'll be brief. First, the staff were rather unfriendly in greeting my partner and me when we arrived. Then we were informed that the wait would be long (40 minutes), given the large number of takeout orders. I was already impatient at that point, so I figured I'd have to manage it myself. However, I don't understand why they don't give more attention and prioritize to the customers who come to eat in their establishments. (Probably because a large part of the revenue comes from takeout orders?) And to top it all off (triggering our departure), they came to take our order and informed us that there was only one size of pizza available, size 1 at 26cm, "the standard size in all pizzerias," apparently (said with a certain air of certainty, no less :/ ), even though two sizes are offered for takeout pizzas: size 1 and size 2, which is larger. At this point, I'm neither a complete novice nor a valued customer, so we left. For me, even if the quality isn't excellent, if I go somewhere, the service can strongly encourage me to return and have a positive experience. Let's maintain this focus on customer service, honesty, and transparency. Sorry, restaurant owners, but you really messed up your customer service.

21/11/2025: Where to begin… without a doubt, the best pizzas, by far!!! The owners' generosity, warm welcome, and attention to detail are reflected in every bite of their pizzas. If you haven't been, go without hesitation. We never tire of enjoying their wonderful pizzas: we've lived in the neighborhood for over three years, and it's impossible to beat them.

09/03/2026: Frankly, I won't be back. I came to be served on Monday, March 9th, around 2:20 pm and was served by a mixed-race woman. The welcome was truly disappointing: no smile, no effort, and an attitude that made it seem like she was annoyed to be at work. It's a shame, because it gives a very bad impression of the service.

20/01/2026: What a great place! If you're going to Decathlon in Mérignac, be sure to stop at this restaurant (on the left as you enter). Quality and friendly service at this brasserie. Everything is truly excellent for a very reasonable price. A must-visit!

05/01/2026: Great restaurant! The food is very good for the price! And what can I say about the staff? They were so attentive, a special shout-out to that waitress who was always smiling despite the many customers. I teased her about the number of stars, she'll know it 😉☺️

15/02/2026: The restaurant itself is nice and has a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the setting. When we arrived there was no “please wait to be seated” sign, so we waited near the entrance since we had a reservation. The server greeted us with “you can come closer, we don’t bite,” said in a serious tone without a smile — not exactly a welcoming start. Once seated, the first thing we noticed was that the salt and pepper shakers were dirty. We ordered a bottle of wine, but the glasses looked like water glasses, which felt disappointing for a restaurant of this level. For food, my mom ordered a very rare ribeye and it came out medium-plus. When we mentioned it to the food runner, she apologized and was about to walk away until my mom had to clearly ask for a replacement. The new steak was cooked correctly but unfortunately lacked flavor. The rest of the dishes were only lukewarm instead of hot. The presentation was beautiful, but the execution didn’t live up to it. Service wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t attentive or warm. Overall, for a restaurant inside a nice hotel, we expected a much better experience.
