04/05/2026: So I'm removing two stars. As a very good customer for several years, I'm very disappointed because today I realized that a tea I bought was priced at €235, but I had already left the store. So I wanted to exchange it given the price! A tall, thin, dark-haired salesman with very long hair literally told me no! So I asked for a refund, and he also said no! The person who served me, a lovely little man with a small, pointed mustache, was very upset that no gesture of goodwill was offered. He even asked this person for a small discount voucher for next time, but again, he categorically refused. The poor man even offered to make me a coffee at the end, and this person again said no. I find this inconceivable for a regular customer, and I can tell you, you only need to look at my account to see how much of a valued customer I am. This person has absolutely no sense of customer service. Thanks again to the young man who served me. A very good young salesman, in any case, but the other one... Thank you!

18/10/2025: Very disappointed with the restaurant since we wanted to eat. We were very disappointed with the staff who did not take care of us, I had asked for parmesan when they served me the pasta but I received it after my dish was FINISHED. In the photos of the restaurant they show us pizzas but there are not even any. When it came to paying the bill at the counter they preferred to chat with their friends they did not even speak to us to tell us the price! In short I will never go back and I do not recommend it and other people I talk to about it have noticed the same thing as me.

26/01/2026: This is absolutely the best pizzeria I love in Rennes. I first tried it when I was a student, and I went back again when I returned to Rennes on a business trip. I ordered the "Brexiteuse," but the server thought I said "Prestigieuse," probably because of my awkward French. When it was served, they replaced it with the one I had actually ordered. Heartwarming.

25/01/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised! We had two pizzas delivered. The ingredients were high quality, the presentation was beautiful, and most importantly, they were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and they were delivered in just 45 minutes. Well done! 👍

28/08/2026: Very, very good, cooked to perfection, served quickly and hot, tasty dishes, attentive and super pleasant staff, an atypical restaurant, located in the Decathlon hall, I can only recommend it, we will come back even without making any purchases at Decathlon.

13/07/2026: Excellent find! The pizzas are generous, topped with high-quality ingredients. The crust is perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is quick, even when it's busy. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. I highly recommend this place in Mérignac. I'll definitely be back!

16/07/2026: Contrary to the mixed reviews, this is a restaurant where you can eat fresh, well-prepared fish of consistent quality, with discreet, friendly, and efficient service. The menu offers enough choices for a pleasant experience. I've been going there for many years with friends and family, and it's always just as enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team.

22/06/2026: I ordered a cocktail and a wok to be brought to me with the beer, as agreed with the waiter. And of course, they brought the wok while I was still drinking my cocktail, right at the beginning. The waiter apologized, fine, and brought the wok. Then another waiter brought the wok a few moments later. This forced me to finish my cocktail quickly, which I didn't appreciate. Then they brought me the beer when I was already well into the wok. In short... I couldn't enjoy my dinner as peacefully as I would have liked. The wok was overcooked, the vegetables and noodles were mushy, and the duck was tough because it was overcooked, even though it tasted good—a real shame. Furthermore, the dining room wasn't even air-conditioned all day, even though it was very hot. I didn't go back, even though I was staying at the hotel right next door. It's much better to go just 200 meters further; "Au Bureau" has air conditioning and impeccable service.

17/08/2026: Quick and friendly welcome; we were seated near the buffet as requested. The space between our table and the others was adequate. The noise level was also acceptable; I'm not rating it because I read the reviews beforehand, and it didn't bother me at all—I could hear my family talking perfectly. The service staff were impeccable. Aperitif: nothing to complain about except that the whisky was the only one without ice, and it was very warm. Buffet: wow! Clean, fresh, well-presented, always full, and a great selection! 🫪🫪🥰 It was impossible for the four of us to try everything, but what we did eat was delicious. Of course, tastes and preferences vary, and cooking methods are subjective, but everything we ate was well-prepared and fresh. The restrooms are very good, but I would suggest cleaning them more often, as people lack courtesy. As we were leaving, and this is the only negative point, the person at the checkout was not pleasant. Really not, maybe that's just her personality, but I wouldn't put her here.

16/07/2026: Everyone has been waiting for the Air France check-in counters to open since 4:00 AM, two hours before takeoff. It's 4:30 AM... no Air France staff in sight, no information. Wake up, it's time!

12/07/2026: I had a great experience at the Air France Lounge in Bordeaux Airport before my Sunday evening flight at 8:25 PM. The lounge is relatively small, but that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable. It feels cosy, peaceful, and—during my visit—not crowded at all, providing the perfect atmosphere to unwind before boarding. A special mention goes to the lady welcoming guests. She was exceptionally professional, genuinely warm, and made every guest feel valued from the moment they arrived. Customer service of this quality is becoming increasingly rare. The food selection was good, and there was a nice variety of coffee, soft drinks, and other beverages. Everything was fresh, well presented, and regularly replenished. Having also visited the other lounge at Bordeaux Airport, which is shared by most other airlines, I can confidently say the difference is like night and day. The Air France Lounge offers a much calmer atmosphere, superior hospitality, and an overall far more pleasant experience. If you’re flying Air France from Bordeaux, this lounge is definitely worth visiting. I would happily return.

05/09/2026: I first went to this brasserie over 10 years ago, and what can I say? While the prices have gone up, the quality of both the food and the service has declined significantly. By the way, a little more Nutella on the "Nutella" waffle would be welcome...
