A special mention for the pastries, especially the little brioches with pastry cream, whose name I can never remember. 😁 The staff is friendly, fast, and cheerful, even during rush hour. 28/09/2024: Good, but be careful when training new employees. To return from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle driver told me to call the front desk with a request to send the shuttle, and that it would arrive within 10 minutes. When I called, the receptionist told me there would be a 20 minute wait. Despite the rain, I preferred to return on foot, 15 minutes on foot. I was already waiting for me at the hotel. On return to the airport, the driver explains to me that some new employees are not familiar with how the shuttle works. Serious fault for a hotel called “Airport”. Also, the cups in my superior room did not support the hot coffee from the Nespresso machine. Hot coffee leaks on the furniture, but fortunately stains on my clothes avoided.

25/09/2024: Good morning, I stayed one night. Nothing to complain about the welcome, the comfort (although you can hear the planes), the restaurant. On the other hand, I paid for a late check-out and I was disturbed 3 times. The first cleaning lady came in at 12 p.m., I was in the bathroom. Then I was called to ask to vacate the room. Finally at 1 p.m. when I was returning to my room the cleaning lady was just entering. Unacceptable, what's the point of paying 30 euros if it means being so bothered?

13/06/2024: Mauvais accueil, sans sourire, salade affichée 18 € vendue 19, de qualité médiocre, énormes morceaux de poulet avec sa fine peau blanche et des vaisseaux rouges, très peu de croûtons et de parmesan, salade verte qui commençait à s'abimer. Quant à la soupe de fraises, c'était de la glace fondue de fraise lorsqu'elle est arrivée sur la table. Mon amie était satisfaisante de son plat, quant à moi, je n'y retournerai pas, c'était la dernière fois.

25/05/2024: La table du pin galant propose une formule d'avant spectacle entrée plat dessert, servi rapidement sur un plateau repas. Dit comme cela, ça peut effrayer mais nous avons trouvé que l'ensemble était goûteux, bien pensé et bien cuisiné et de plus servi avec le sourire. Un léger bémol sur le vin rouge servi trop chaud, mais cela n'entame en rien notre satisfaction. Dans ce contexte nous avons apprécié l'effort proposé dans l'assiette !

19/11/2024: The cut-off time for delivery orders is 10:30 a.m. It’s 10:32 a.m. I'm calling to place an order for today after trying it on the site. I am told with a lot of irony that the delivery men have already left! I imagine they were in the starting blocks, engine running. It's really pitiful in terms of customer response and sense of service. You have to change careers. Especially since the orders are prepared on site...

05/12/2024: What a collapse!! Yesterday I only took vegetables and as that must not have pleased the person who gave the plates, this one wanted to give me a moral lesson and put in my hands a hot plate which I had to let go!!! What is this?

23/12/2023: Après 15 minutes à attendre de recevoir une carte ou quelque chose pour commander nous sommes partis. Je laisse quand même un avis car nous vous entendions lire les avis négatifs des clients au bar en rigolant donc cela vous fera un peu + de lecture ! :)

22/12/2023: Manu, Marie et Salomé nous ont servi avec passion et professionnalisme pendant 1 mois et demi (nous sommes en formation à Mérignac) nous vous recommandons cet endroit où l’on se sent comme à la maison ! On se retrouve au mois de mai !!!
