15/03/2026: Great McDonald's! The service is quick and efficient, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which is always a pleasure. Always a great experience when I come here! 🥰
11/03/2026: For a click and collect order placed today, March 11, 2026, at 7:02 PM, they once again forgot yogurt on the Happy Meal. And a special request without onions on a sandwich due to an allergy was ignored; these oversights are becoming a recurring problem at McDonald's. And of course, when you try to contact them by phone, they don't even answer anymore.
This will teach me to go back to McDonald's; I'll go to a competitor where I receive much better service.

05/03/2026: Lunch for two was unfortunately a very long experience… even though we were the first to arrive and there were only four tables for two in total.
We chose our dishes in a minute but had to call the waiter to order, ask for a carafe of water, and then ask again for our main courses and desserts.
The chicken burger was unfortunately no tastier than McDonald's; a little homemade sauce would really make a difference.
The mussels and fries were okay.
In short, very slow service for lunch.
03/03/2026: Friendly welcome, quick service, excellent mussels with Roquefort cheese, and a generous Caesar salad.

25/10/2025: Shameful welcome. Arriving at 9:35 p.m., we were refused entry even though closing time is posted at 10:00 p.m. and only three tables were occupied. The server, clearly in a hurry to get things over with, didn't even say hello and simply made the sign of the cross with his hands to indicate "no." A disrespectful and impolite attitude, unworthy of an establishment that claims to welcome customers. A real lack of professionalism - to be avoided at all costs.
25/10/2025: A real scandal! Arriving at 9:40 p.m., we were refused entry even though closing time was clearly indicated at 10:00 p.m. Only 2 rooms with 4 tables occupied, so far from full! And the "server," if you can call him that, didn't even say hello—just a sign of the cross with his hands to say "no," as if we were disturbing him. Contemptuous behavior, zero sense of service, no politeness. When you work in the restaurant business, the basis is respect for the customer. Well, here, there is none. Move on, this kind of place is not worth spending a cent on.

17/12/2024: Warm atmosphere, just the music a little loud. Pleasant, efficient and attentive staff.
14/12/2024: Arrival at 7:30 p.m. departure 9:45 p.m. A sketch from start to finish. Catering is a profession, as is room management. Very good to accept people without reservation, the intention is good but it must be followed. If you eat at a high table, provide comfortable seating, especially for two hours. Our forgotten dishes, cold fries, dessert, you have to ask for them until the bill. As for respect and good manners, go through the emergency exit for entrances and exits because going around must be too complicated (smell of cigarettes and cold of course) and when we close the door because it is not closed properly we are told less loudly :):). Last remark, hygiene, dust is happening and the VMC in the toilets are clogged by dust, I don't know what they can suck up. But you don't have to make enough money to do well at every level. It's not all about giving everyone a kiss, what we're asking is just "simple, good, efficient, clean" unfortunately it's very rare. For fewer people they got fired.
What is certain is that we will not come back. My money will go towards a more professional restoration.

13/03/2026: The sales assistant was unhelpful; I got the impression I was bothering them, that's what I could see on her face. It wasn't busy, which would explain it. I was disappointed with my visit for a sandwich, drink, and dessert combo; there were no offers to buy anything else, like coffee. Sorry to have bothered you in the end...

09/07/2025: Honestly, for a fast food restaurant, I thought we were going to eat something decent, but I have very, very, very rarely experienced this level of junk food, and when you look at the price, well, we would have been better off eating at a restaurant. The sauces, whatever they are, with their commercial name, are not worth a damn. The fries were poorly cooked, or even not cooked at all. Honestly, move on. For me, it's definitive, I never want to hear about KFC again. Oh, I also forgot, they still managed to forget the bottle of Orangina.

02/04/2025: Disappointed with this bowling, the pin system attached to wires seems of poor quality and makes certain shots random. The ball gets stuck on the lane regularly, the table where we were was not clean, no bowling shoes... Too bad it could be much nicer.

Greeted by an incredibly unpleasant young woman, resulting in €33 down the drain.
Disgusting! (By profession, restaurant delivery driver, by the way.)
Avoid them! Cold chain not respected. Meat origin highly suspicious.

20/02/2026: I ordered takeout this evening, February 20, 2026. The service was nonexistent—not a single smile, nothing. It just made me want to go back to my phone. Luckily, they gave us four free shrimp chips for €33! The pork spring rolls had disgusting meat, a mix of meat and fish. The rest ended up in the bin! This restaurant is a disgrace! I felt like throwing up after two bites of those spring rolls. Avoid at all costs!

07/09/2024: Belatedly, purchase of a maxi best of 280.
Burger whose tomatoes and onions were missing! Too bad to pay so much for bread, sauce and meat.
I wasn't expecting anything crazy but still, it's a shame that they didn't manage to properly produce a burger made up of 4 ingredients at the price it's sold for.
Don't even bother to add a little ketchup sauce as a bonus.
Null.
Endless waiting while few customers.
I won't come back.
06/09/2024: I would like to share a particularly disappointing experience with this McDonald's, where we were faced with dismal service on several occasions. Although we were driving, we were systematically refused the drive on the pretext that we had gotten in with a stranger. An absurd excuse, especially since the only criterion for accessing the drive is, to my knowledge, being in a vehicle or being the way I am – which was indeed our case.
But it doesn't stop there. During a visit, we accidentally forgot a wallet on site. Instead of simply giving it back to us when we returned, the same manager from the drive-thru party refused to give it back to us, forcing our mother to get out of the car to go get it herself, which is not like her. Behavior that shows total contempt for customers.
Finally, to top it all off, when ordering two Double Cheese Bacon, the burgers were served… without bacon! Not to mention the McFlurry Kit Kat which ended up being found at M&M's, a dessert that borders on insulting when you see how sloppy it was.
In summary, between service that borders on hostility and food of more than questionable quality, this McDonald's barely deserves one star. It is high time to pull ourselves together, because this is really making fun of the world.

11/09/2024: Super soirée magret de bonne qualité cuisson parfaite salade et frites parfaites.avis d'un client habitué à ce restaurant nous avios des frites pas cuites, de la salade qui avait très mauvais goût...tout cela oublie..ce soir tout est parfait, super cuisine, super accueil et super serveuses...et super champahne, merci 🤗🤗
28/08/2024: Merci de nous avoir accueilli pour manger avec ma famille, malgré que ça soit une chaîne nous avons bien mangé.
Contrairement au restaurant de proximité comme le Jardin de Lagrave ou on ne nous accueille pas.

26/08/2024: J'ai commandé maintenant cela fait deux fois après le mauvais passage avec mon conjoint ils ont réussi à changer un peu leur concept pour une fois j'ai toute mes commandes sûrement un changement de manager. J'espère que c'est propre la bas je n'ai pas encore vu a part la dernière plein de chose traînait
20/07/2024: On oublie nos nuggets mais l'autre qui court après nous pour nos sauces et qui oublie nos nuggets... En plus pas de geste commercial ah si une sauce en plus la blague... La dernière fois c'était un menu entier qu'ils ont oublié sinon cela vous arrive de faire votre taff correctement 😡 ancienne du Mac Do je ne vois que des faits négatifs dans ce restaurant en plus de la saleté un manager en sueur en plus il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde aucun sérieux et on s'étonne que BK prends le marché
