25/03/2024: We had a great time in a beautiful establishment, having just arrived on the island. Very good dishes, local and fresh products such as sea urchins...a treat for the taste buds. All the staff are attentive, from the waiters to the managers, all very friendly. A restaurant to recommend.

23/09/2023: A very nice experience to be repeated as soon as possible: everything was perfect 👍 A welcoming and comfortable brasserie-style setting, a friendly and warm welcome, and high-quality dishes combining the freshness of the products (grated mussels, linguine with langoustines, etc.) and the chef's talent in preparation, to which you add special attention paid by the boss to put you at ease and in the mood, everything was perfect 👌… without forgetting of course the view of the old port 🤩

27/02/2024: Nice discovery in the city center of a canteen at the old one open for 70 years. Cathy welcomes you as in the past. Very good houses, excellent house fries and local desserts. Thirty places maximum inside and a few terrace tables in the street. Zucchini stuffed with brocciu, Corsican plate Figatellu egg fries ... top offlets on top.

29/03/2024: Charming, clean, quiet place with a warm welcome. Terrace where you can eat quietly. The vegetable pasta is delicious. This little restaurant is worth marking on your calendars. We will return there, for sure 😄.

27/09/2023: I read your response carefully. Of which act. We were invited by friends who were discovering Bastia. The least polite thing was to respect their choice...In old Bastiais I have nostalgia for the old Chez Mémé... You will perhaps admit that the mass tourism boom has led to incontestable excesses which I would like to believe you do not share. Your response honors you. We could not imagine that what was proposed on the board would be very far from a deplorable reality. The "Corsican" menu consists of spreading out on the same plate samples which are supposed to be Corsican... Whether there is a cook is doubtful. As for the fisherman's menu, it's the pompom. He fishes for products probably found at the local supermarket. As for the service, the word does not correspond to reality. The waitress seemed angry, perhaps at having to serve this kind of food. In Bastia you can have much better. But exploiting the tourist in this way inevitably leads to the closure of the establishment as shown by the abandoned neighboring terraces.
