06/04/2024: The pizza chef is knowledgeable, passionate, really good at preparing pizzas.
The oven is electric, but the cooking is perfect... it is very rare that I eat the broth of a pizza, it must be really light and well done, and this is the case here.
The place is almost hidden, but still very central and in a quiet area.
The menu suggests classic recipes, with some recipes more focused on Corsican ingredients.
The mozzarella used is excellent (this is not so obvious outside of Italy).
I found the Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer to drink, there is also the classic and excellent Pietra Corsican.
Exquisite staff, they also work intensely for home deliveries, which is another excellent indicator of the goodness of the product.
To be recommended without reservations!

We fully recommend this restaurant which is well located in the city center not far from Place St Nicolas. We had an excellent time (because we came 4 times in 3 days) and we will come back with pleasure.

Impeccable service without being very friendly and talkative, the waiter had a neat and clean look about him.

01/04/2024: Mixed. When we arrived, we were very well received, surprise we were upgraded.
Impeccable room, clean and very new, perfect bedding, really great. Small downside: the water in the shower is sometimes hot, sometimes cold. Damage.
Disappointment, very little choice at breakfast, we went there at 9 a.m., almost nothing left in the little choice offered, expired orange juice, filthy and which stings when you drink it because it is surely no longer good , milk chocolate that tastes like water. For a breakfast at 15 euros per person, it is very disappointing.
In addition, we had booked on booking with breakfast and when we arrived at the hotel we were asked to pay for breakfast again because booking a priori reserves breakfast even if there are two of us. Surprising… on booking room only 93 euros and 119 with breakfast, so I pay breakfast for 1 person 26 euros? And booking reserves a breakfast when it says 2 travelers? I don't think so... in short we had to pay I couldn't see myself drawing straws which of us would have the right to breakfast..
Too bad because the rest was great..
11/03/2024: Everything is perfect: the welcome from the staff, the very well soundproofed, clean rooms! breakfast nothing to say cherry on the cake we had forgotten our phone the gentleman at reception was waiting for us outside to return it to us in short we will come back with great pleasure
