04/04/2024: What to say ? This restaurant is superb. The setting is superb, the cuisine is superb, the service is perfect. This is our fifth or sixth visit to Le Mademoiselle, over several months the quality is always there, never disappointed. In addition, the starters, main courses and desserts are plentiful. This is our obligatory stop when we come down from our Balagne to Bastia.

14/03/2024: Not to miss. A magnificent place as well as a good brunch as we like them. Do you like sweet or prefer savory? Well there is what you need. We had a great welcome there with a little photo shoot of the day and a great bruch.

27/03/2024: Very well cooked dishes, pleasant welcome, fast service. The only negative point for a stay would be a bit the lack of choice in the dishes.

08/01/2024: Excellent address for refined cuisine, from starter to dessert including main course, everything is truly delicious. The decor is a little austere for this period but the cuisine and the welcome will quickly make you forget it. Definitely worth trying

06/04/2024: The pizza chef is knowledgeable, passionate, really good at preparing pizzas. The oven is electric, but the cooking is perfect... it is very rare that I eat the broth of a pizza, it must be really light and well done, and this is the case here. The place is almost hidden, but still very central and in a quiet area. The menu suggests classic recipes, with some recipes more focused on Corsican ingredients. The mozzarella used is excellent (this is not so obvious outside of Italy). I found the Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer to drink, there is also the classic and excellent Pietra Corsican. Exquisite staff, they also work intensely for home deliveries, which is another excellent indicator of the goodness of the product. To be recommended without reservations!

04/01/2024: Excellent cuisine, excellent value for money, jovial boss, warm and friendly. We fully recommend this restaurant which is well located in the city center not far from Place St Nicolas. We had an excellent time (because we came 4 times in 3 days) and we will come back with pleasure.

17/10/2023: 3€ for a coffee shake with orgeat syrup, really killer, very fresh, balanced to perfection with a glass that is unfortunately much too small. Impeccable service without being very friendly and talkative, the waiter had a neat and clean look about him.

21/11/2023: The boss is very nice and the food is always good. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. At lunchtime, very good value for money with the dish of the day and a dessert for €16.
