The sandwiches are great. The service is smiling, welcoming and dynamic. The dishes are served quickly.
Ideal for a short stop, short or long, depending on your mood.

Special mention for the beef tagliata and vegetables, divine!
01/04/2024: Everything is elegant in this restaurant: first of all, the cuisine with fine and inspiring combinations of flavors, perfect cooking of the products, themselves of quality. The service is attentive with the aim of providing a cordial moment for visitors. The decoration is both warm and original: you simply feel good there. And finally a selection of Corsican wines remarkable for their quality and typicality. I almost forgot the chestnut liqueur, a tasty discovery...

29/09/2023: Super freundliches Personal, aber leider ist der Campingplatz direkt zwischen großer Straße und einem Flugplatz gelegen. Die Straße ist recht laut, aber schlimmer sind die Hubschrauber, die auf dem Flugplatz starten und landen. Nachts wurden wir vom Hund des Platzes geweckt, der unseren Müllbeutel Stück für Stück ausräumte. Und die sanitären Anlagen, waren schon größtenteils geschlossen und die wenigen geöffneten, waren extrem dunkel, dass man fast nichts sehen konnte und keine Klobrillen. Bei 4,2 Sternen haben wir mehr erwartet, sind dann auch nach einer Nacht direkt wieder gefahren. Schade.
26/09/2023: Der Campingplatz liegt auf der Straße vor Corte, ca 4 km zwischen der Straße und dem Flugfeld für Rettungshubschrauber. Er ist trotzdem ruhig, hat einen schönen Pool und eine nette Bar, sehr freundliche Betreiberin, geräumige Stellplätze, Sanitäranlagen sind ok.

19/08/2023: 15 minute break to quench your thirst in the afternoon. Place at the bottom of Cour Paoli. Shaded. Terrace on the sidewalk. Air-conditioned interior. Very good service, very good reception. Price adapted to the location.

02/11/2023: A blatant lack of professionalism. Recut piece of cake that we had to pay 4 euros for. Likewise, tasteless cakes... in short, I invite you to choose industrial because the disappointment, both financial and gustatory, will be less terrible.
27/10/2023: Excellent homemade pastries (chestnut cake, almond cake and fine fia) which perk up after a beautiful hike in the Tavignalu gorges. Smiling and warm welcome. THANKS !

27/10/2023: Family restaurant as we like them. The meat is phenomenal and the welcome is top notch. The only downside is the fries which are not homemade. Too bad

A little effort and everything would be perfect.

I wanted to submit a patasciutta recipe from Saint Rita of Cascia (Sainte Rita de Marie Allain Ed. ViaRomana p.49)
" () with almost nothing, wheat flour, oil from their olive trees and a little caciotta tartufata cheese (footnote: sheep's cheese with truffles), she prepared a pastasciutta which made a each time his father exclaims: "when I eat your pasta, it seems to me that angels are descending into my throat in velvet pants."
