05/04/2024: Our meal at Michel Saran was like an enchanted parenthesis. Our amazement was visual with the sumptuous decor but also gustatory with a prodigious meal that delighted our taste buds. As for the service, it is just perfect, young, dynamic without being intrusive. The plates are clearly legible and you can find the taste of everything that is advertised. The little violet ice cream cone magically closed this divine meal. And what luck to be able to exchange a few words with the chef himself and leave with an autograph. Above all, you don't need to change anything, everything is perfect to keep an unforgettable memory.

06/04/2024: This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. We eat excellent hamburgers with real service. Lots of choice and always quality, plus they offer small gifts for children. The 50s/60s American decor creates a slightly outdated atmosphere, especially the videos from the Happy Days series which play in a loop. We would prefer images of the great American spaces, of Route 66 and current places which have kept the charm of these Rock'n'roll years. We are always happy to eat there.

Very clean and perfectly represents the atmosphere of the United States. The quality of service is excellent and the dishes are the same as those on the menus. +gives candy to the bill

The waitresses, like bees, gently and efficiently scavenge each of their tables, providing good humor as well as fresh and hearty dishes (salads, pies, bagels, pitas, etc.). 01/04/2024: Truly good food, staff knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. ambiance, venue perfect. I travelled 1600 miles (round trip) after seeing this venue on youtube, it was worth every bite. We had a fantastic weekend in toulouse and this restaurant made it more unique with a in house smoked salmon, traditional cassoulet and a soufflé with grand marnier. Booking in advance is recommended due to the quality of food and service.
