03/04/2024: 4th visit and this time what a disappointment! I am someone who is understanding and listens but here... The waitress is very direct and closed (invisible smile) I tell her about a gluten intolerance and she replies "Yes, so what!" I answer him "Yes and then, I'm telling you because it is mentioned on your card to tell you so". She really has a lot of tact 🙄. You can really say that she loves her job 🙃. I ordered a starter + main course for + or - 18 EUR. Fresh Feta salad 👍 Duck fillets (ordered pink and served just right 🤨) as an accompaniment (carrots, zucchini, fries - zucchini (the cutting needs to be reviewed 🙃 completely irregular apparently no mandolin or poor knife skills 🤔) my 8 year old daughter cut better! The doughy texture fries completely reheated (poor people) 🙃 even fast food does better and for much less money, what a shame 😔. I told the waitress! It's a really very noisy establishment and every time despite the absence of children... it feels like a trendy bar type establishment on a Saturday evening 😉. I'm not looking for a VIP place or to be in isolation but hey, that remains surprising. This establishment wants to claim, through its interior style , a certain standard (staff, cuisine, atmosphere, but there, unfortunately, everything is just a facade. Excuse me, a brasserie remains a brasserie! In short, otherwise, you can sit either: on the terrace, or inside: ground floor or on the upper floors. Many tables available indoor/outdoor. These almost non-existent smiles remain and the expeditious side of the staff in place and also to be taken into consideration because this is part of your showcase and reflects a negative image of your establishment, we will say today that stress is part of it 🙂 . During my previous visits for information I had given 5 stars each time 😭. To see if I will go back... There may be improvement in the kitchen 🤔 to hope...

21/04/2024: Two stars, one for the smile of our waitress and the other for the kitchen! However, it is not possible to ask 3 times for a service if we had finished continuously even though it was 9 p.m. we did not even stay more than an hour and many other tables were free to continue receiving. Attention Mrs and Mr your time is counting on the cash register🤣🤣

01/04/2024: Where to start ... 20 min to be served 4 pints... Moreover, when I go to the bar to ask for a little more bread for a charcuterie platter, I am cheerfully passed in front of by a half-drunk guy, and the waiter doesn't really care and takes his friend to serve him first. ! 2nd service for pints, we are told that it is ok, 20 minutes later, the waiter forgot to place the order, 20 minutes more to still only have 4 pints... The only time we didn't wait was to pay!

04/04/2024: What a surprise to see that sorting at McDonald's is such stupidity!! Sorting bin 2 and 3, for waste and packaging, is simply the same bin with 2 different holes!! We wouldn't be taken for idiots by chance?????

03/04/2024: 30 minutes of waiting without anyone coming to take our order despite our reminders.... to be avoided! Response to the owner to his message “😂😂😂 who do you think you are”: Quite simply for a customer. There is no shortage of tea rooms in Toulouse, with much better service, so I was superbly welcomed elsewhere. It's a shame that you don't offer solutions for improvement to your service rather than responding like this. This is very unfortunate for your establishment.
