29/03/2024: 16 euros for 2 coffees with supposedly a 2 euro discount. Price made at the customer's expense. Rude uneducated boss. Throws you the change without a glance. She brags about having to make money to spend it in Saint Tropez. Basically, customers are pigeons.
20/03/2024: We went for lunch this afternoon, most of the dishes on the menu were scratched which greatly limited the choice. We had a crust with forest mushrooms, price displayed at €24.50, excellent. Except that when we went to the checkout we were charged €27! I pointed out the error, Babeth replied that it was with morels (or chanterelles, I don't know) and therefore more expensive. The problem is that we were not warned before and that this €27 dish is not even on the menu! I call this theft, I should have refused to pay this price.
So yes the food is excellent, the interior of the chalet is magnificent but you get ripped off at Babeth so be careful and don't be like me, refuse to pay if it's not the price displayed!
I would add that the cleanliness of the tables outside left something to be desired: tablecloths, placemats and glasses were dirty.

23/03/2024: Superb hotel! Room infrastructure and great amenities (swimming pool, hammam, sauna, etc.).
Exceptional breakfast: With centrifuge to make vegetable juices, homemade jams, exceptional buffet.
Very comfortable room, and very spacious with lots of storage possibilities (for skiers, this is a plus) as far as we were concerned. Perfect ski location.
You can get your ski passes at reception.
We had half board and every evening it was a treat. Ma-gni-fi-que cuisine!
One evening we were disturbed by noisy neighbors, but the owners were very responsive and we had no more problems after that.
Very smiling and attentive staff. Thanks to the whole team and the Trincant family.
21/03/2024: Very good hotel and good services but if possible do not ask for rooms on the road side because there is a lot of noise from the road in front of the hotel..

On the other hand, you have to score a goal for your order to be taken! Order taken by a person who did not understand that one of the fundamentals of business is to be (a little) pleasant with customers.
The icing on the potato is that the house does not accept credit cards! Connection problem, it seems! Transfers, on the other hand, work! (I don't know where it's going, but it's okay!).
Last thing, check your bill carefully, you could be relieved of a few extra Euros.
We will not return to the Margoulinos house!

Completely soggy pizza (see pfotos),
But hey no worries, apparently it’s our fault because “you have to eat them right away”.
We add to that an order error (it can happen, no problem), but no excuse and we are accused of lying.
2 stars anyway for the service because they agreed to make the pizza again for us, this time adding even more water.
PS: If you're looking for something to quench your thirst for the modest sum of €17, I advise you to pick up a queen off-piste.
(Certainly the quality of mushrooms which must release a lot of water?)

01/03/2024: Very good time with the family at the Grizzli restaurant. The service is impeccable, the Savoyard fondue is excellent, the quantities perfect. The decoration is very nice and the waitresses are very pleasant and smiling! I recommend !

Excellent as always
We went there to eat one evening, without reservation. Miracle, there was still a free table. Pleasantly welcomed by Nina and her work colleague in the room, we had a great time, in a quickly filled room. Incredible synergy between the dining room staff and the kitchen, to satisfy a full room, without downtime.
I enjoyed succulent perch fillets accompanied by fries and salad. Nothing remained on the plate. The desserts are gargantuan... you really needed a digestive to finish in style.
I won't forget to mention the chef and his assistant(s), top notch.
24/03/2024: Great restaurant. Typical. Very cozy. Drink. I adore. Excellent raclette with the traditional appliance. Tartiflette too. With its salad to help digest. Excellent Genepi ice cream. Mountain charm. Super friendly staff. Attentive waitress, very caring. I loved it. I came back the next day. I'm a fan.

01/04/2024: We arrived with two strollers (babies aged 3 and 8 months), we were required to leave them at the entrance. We therefore turned back because it was not adapted to our situation. The lady threatened to make the group of friends who stayed there pay for the uneaten menus. The tone rose, with insults and threats in front of the children. The lady seeing the tickets flying away apologized to the group, but still charged an extra fee ("it's 50/50 eh"). Note that the table we had reserved was taken, the restaurant did not suffer any loss.
The lady is obnoxious, rude and disrespectful. I strongly advise against it. We recommend plenty of other restaurants in the area, with a welcome worthy of the name and excellent recipes.

05/04/2024: Never seen before!!! We had reserved for 8:30 p.m. My friend finished her cigarette and we looked at the menu while waiting. I just took the photo of the menu. Plus I deleted it immediately after because my photo was blurry. The boss came out and verbally attacked me because I had taken a photo of her menu. We canceled our reservation immediately.
Too bad because the crepes are certainly good but I would never go to this creperie.

24/03/2024: The Morlcan terrace. It is a high-altitude restaurant located at the arrival of the Chatel station cable cars. Despite the concrete, the decoration remains quite pleasant. Wood for the chalet. It is a cafeteria with self-service. Several dishes to choose from. It's okay, it's a service for skiers. Sausage with fries remains a decent and relatively inexpensive dish.
