11/02/2024: As mostly in the French resorts very small rooms but excellent location. Ski in ski out.

20/02/2024: A proper restaurant with homemade, yummy food like you can't find so easily on the slopes anymore these days... And great service too! New favorite spot in Morzine.

06/01/2024: We booked a ski holiday here March 23 and the hotel facilities were excellent- charming, clean, and finishing a day on the slopes with a swim, steam and sauna was great. Hotel very close to bus stop and rooms were fine. Gluten free options were good. Unfortunately at the end of the week I got extremely bad food poisoning after the gf evening meal here and when I told Alpine elements to warn for future meals if the meat was off/faulty. However, liaison with the chef has been dire- very rude responses and I have not yet received an apology or any acknowledgement off accountability. Instead, after several emails exchanges they have now ignored my last email. Poor customer service that has meant my group and I will not be using them again. Hotel was great, customer service from Alpine elements, not so much.

25/08/2023: Had a fantastic two weeks here with alpine elements in August. Staff were brilliant. It's a nice hotel with good facilities. Four in a room was a bit snug.
