27/02/2024: I was expecting a fabulous experience when going to eat at the Hôtel des Dromonts. 4 tables taken and 3 encountered problems...a fondue machine that does not work on one, a dish served 10 minutes after the others on the other and concerning me, a dish served incomplete (not the accompaniment of the hot box ), the bread that arrives after my wife has almost finished her dish. The prices are not much more expensive than in the resort center but given the few customers, I expected impeccable service...this was not the case 😢 I won't go back...

08/02/2024: Ça n’est plus ce que c’était..le lieu reste magnifique mais le service pas du tout à la hauteur : serveurs débordés, pas du tout attentifs ni attentionnés . Peu aimable . Pas envie d’y retourner.

14/05/2024: notre restaurant préféré pour une pause le midi sur les pistes, toujours bien accueillis, divers plats pour se régaler, terrasse sympa

29/07/2024: As always, the perfect summer lunch. Quick, friendly service and by far the best beignets (local version of rosti) in the mountains. The owner/chef, Jean-Roger has his own secret recipe and they're to die for - light, crisp and melt in your mouth. Generous servings and beautifully presented. I've been coming here for five years and have never had a bad meal. The menu changes in the ski season and I'm already looking forward to coming back in December for my anchovy pizza.

08/04/2024: Really great experience with the Alpine Elements crew.... would definitely recommend. Amazing food and the heated pool was great for the kids after a day on the slopes.

06/01/2024: We booked a ski holiday here March 23 and the hotel facilities were excellent- charming, clean, and finishing a day on the slopes with a swim, steam and sauna was great. Hotel very close to bus stop and rooms were fine. Gluten free options were good. Unfortunately at the end of the week I got extremely bad food poisoning after the gf evening meal here and when I told Alpine elements to warn for future meals if the meat was off/faulty. However, liaison with the chef has been dire- very rude responses and I have not yet received an apology or any acknowledgement off accountability. Instead, after several emails exchanges they have now ignored my last email. Poor customer service that has meant my group and I will not be using them again. Hotel was great, customer service from Alpine elements, not so much.

14/03/2024: Here's a good way to comfort yourself after a hard day of skiing! The crepe is very soft and masterfully made! Go straight for it 😉

28/07/2024: Enorme ontgoocheling Super druk, je moet geluk hebben als je al es iets kan vragen aan de ober… De spaghetti was zelfs niet al dente maar gewoon nog echt hard, de saus was overdone aan parmiggiano… Je kreeg zelfs niet de gelegenheid om te reclameren…

13/07/2024: Arrivés à 12 personnes à 19:30. Nous font patienter dehors donc 2 tournées d apéritifs pour patienter pour nous dire à 21:45 qu ils ne nous servirons pas car la cuisine ne veux plus servir donc on nous demande de partir ! Qui dirige cet établissement ? Lamentable !!!!!

15/08/2024: Là où faut s’arrêter … on est très bien à l’arrière sur une grande terrasse vu sur le Pleney . On y mange bien ( Local) voir très très bien et surtout on est très bien reçu … Gérant et personnel souriant et super sympa . Un vrai espace enfant pour les occuper .Et un petit tour avant de partir dans la boutique dédiée au VTT C’est pour ça aussi qu’on aime la montagne merci
