22/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the service was quick, the food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive to our 15-month-old child.
We will definitely return during our stay, as our experience at this restaurant was the complete opposite of the negative reviews we had read.

Service was terrible. Long wait for our order to be taken.
Waiter seemed to spend more time on his phone.
Food was an embarrassment to French cuisine.
Steak served raw then nuked in a microwave. Absolutely drenched in some unidentified 'sauce' with tinned vegetables and 9 chips.
Paid £28 for that. Splendid stuff.
Had the audacity to actually ask for a tip 🤣
I'll give you a tip... train your staff and employ a new chef.

23/08/2025: Worst service in morzine.
That's not how you treat customers. They forgot two drinks on the bill. When we pointed out that we had to pay more, she wasn't happy. She got angry and said it was the manager's fault and that we could wait another 10 minutes, instead of letting us pay as soon as possible.

14/05/2024: We were waiting for 40 minutes after ordering a cooked breakfast, only for them to say that they’d forgotten. Brought it out and it was stone cold. They remade it and it was still cold. Waiter was rude and unapologetic. Still charged us full price m. Appalling customer service. Breakfast was fairly cheap and a good quality if it was actually warm.

With quality meals, always refreshing mojitos and attentive service always in a good mood! Little big up to our favorite mustachioed guy (Alex for close friends 😉) keep your smile, don’t change anything 🫶🏼

22/08/2024: It's a shame that the cook doesn't really know his job... he doesn't know how to cook entrecôtes, and the quality of the meat wasn't great at all... for the price, eh.... It would have to be correct...however nice establishment and very nice terrace.

12/09/2024: Great Burgers I have ever eaten in france. The royale burger or cheeseburger are deep in flavor, well done and accompanied with fries is worth trying. They also serve local nepo beers which are a fine in taste.
If you are vegetarian try the burger either rosti and hummus and avocado.

16/12/2024: Manifestement, débordé pour en début de saison. 30 minutes d’attente pour un burger et des frites, la cuisson qui m’a été demandée n’a pas été respectée. Le temps de payer et d’aller aux toilettes ils avaient vidé la table et mis ma bouteille d’eau aux poubelles.

After a very long hike in Haute-forts, we had not had any water for 1.5 hours... Relieved to see a restaurant, we went in to simply have a drink: we were offered a large carafe of fresh water. We were able to chat with the very welcoming owners.

16/03/2024: Tourist factory, 10 to 12€ more expensive than the cheese factory located 60 meters away. He only makes cheese slabs compared to what they present for sale.
It is better to buy from small producers rather than from cooperatives (fruit producers are better). Disgusted with this place. Not even open year round.
This is how small producers do not survive.
06/03/2024: We went there at the beginning of March to buy some cheese (Gruyère and Comté), and a sausage, we got it for 42.06. (More than 30 euros for 2 slices of cheese.)
Exhorbitant price at first glance, but we decided to wait to taste the products.
Cheese nothing more, and fatty and unripened sausage (the seller asked us to dry it for a few days, at this price we still expected it to be “done”)…
