26/03/2026: Too expensive for the quality of the food, what a shame. I was returning to this legendary place over 30 years ago for the Fantastic Film Festival to celebrate my birthday. So disappointed.

19/03/2026: Restaurant located in a hotel with a pleasant setting. The lobby and lounge are nicely decorated and the atmosphere is inviting. The food is good and the service is friendly. It's a good choice in Avoriaz 👍

14/12/2025: Just the best place for plat du jour or a great burger. The coffee is excellent and the hosts are very friendly. Much more French than the places nearby and a welcome break from just tourist food.

14/06/2026: Hello, The service was appalling… a 1 hour 10 minute wait to be served on a Saturday night with very few customers. We ordered an aperitif and spring rolls with Reblochon cheese. €14 for three measly, tiny spring rolls that were practically nonexistent and tasteless, with only the taste of oil… hardly enough to feed six people. Then came the main courses… the wrong order. We had ordered a classic Swiss fondue, but a porcini mushroom fondue arrived, very small for two people… We pointed this out to the waiter, who insisted it was a fondue with Swiss cheese… true, but that wasn't what we ordered. We reminded him, and he insisted the cheese was Swiss. It seems difficult to distinguish between a Swiss fondue and a porcini mushroom fondue… Anyway, after 1 hour 10 minutes, we weren't about to ask for the correct order again. Furthermore, there weren't any glasses for water. A nice gesture of goodwill from the manager, who offered us a charcuterie board. I absolutely do not recommend this place…

13/06/2026: Hello, My colleagues and I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer for €14, and we were quite surprised when our order arrived... just three measly, tiny spring rolls. We also ordered some pizzas, waited over an hour and ten minutes, and the pizzas were served lukewarm, bland, and unappetizing... in short, bottom-of-the-barrel. The restaurant was far from full. Some colleagues ordered a Swiss fondue for two people and received a porcini mushroom fondue instead... Not to mention that we weren't given glasses for our water. However, the owner did offer us a charcuterie board, which was a nice gesture. I do not recommend it.

06/07/2026: Very disappointed with the burgers; they were extremely dry and tasteless...expensive for such poor quality.

06/07/2026: I tried the Savoyard burger, which I found quite good. The fries were nice and crispy, and I enjoyed my meal. However, there were a lot of flies, which was rather bothersome during the meal. The prices are also a bit high for my taste, but that's probably due to the location and ambiance. Despite these minor points, the overall experience was positive.

05/07/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was very warm, with a special mention for the waitress, who was truly lovely. The Caesar salad was delicious, the crepes generous, and the trampolines right next door were a real bonus for the children. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

14/04/2026: The worrying thing about end of season Avoriaz is that very few of the restaurants are open. However fear not because Les Fontaines Blanches is probably one of the best places to eat in the Haut Savoie. Great staff who are warm and welcoming. It is easy to catch their eye when you need something. The quality of the food is sublime. Our party had: Entrecote aux morelles, (ribeye in mushroom sauce) which was tender and tasty. Tartiflette had a thick cheese and perfect crust, loaded with bacon. Escalope Savoyarde was tender chicken with a layer of ham and cream cheese in a cheese sauce, so delicious. Somebody in the kitchen cares about their customers experience. Yes its a bit more expensive, but so worth it.

05/07/2026: Disastrous! This used to be the best bakery in the village a few years ago. Now, only the bread is still good. The pastries are frozen, tasteless, and expensive. The cakes are also mass-produced. What a disgrace...

25/07/2026: A must-visit in Avoriaz! A truly fantastic place with a great selection of beers and a friendly, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the setting is perfect for having a great time. I highly recommend it; don't miss this spot!

17/07/2026: We had some snacks; there were three adults and two children. It was good, but still expensive. We're in Avoriaz, but still. €7 for a portion of plain fries. €10 for a chicken wrap and €15 for fish and chips. €3.80 for a crêpe. This establishment doesn't accept holiday vouchers. The staff were friendly and pleasant.
