Looking for a restaurant, we arrived in front of this all red and glass storefront without conviction! After reading a few comments on TripAdvisor, we were tempted. Very nice decor, and a strong Occitan claim. An excellent welcome and there, it was a feast for the taste buds, a feast for the eyes😳 on the presentation of the very copious dishes. Traditional Limousin cuisine that explodes in your mouth and makes you gain 2 extra waistlines. 🫣🤪
It is more than certain that we will come back! I’m validating👌👍🫶
09/11/2024: 25 € a menu (starter, main course, dessert) entirely homemade with such generous plates!! This restaurant is a real pleasure and happiness, especially for good epicureans like us!!

15/11/2024: Very pleasant welcome, quiet room on the ground floor, secure parking at night, dog friendly, excellent dinner. A perfect stop on my journey. And the region is pretty!

The staff are very welcoming and attentive (thanks for the starters, we've never seen that anywhere else!)
The dishes offered are diverse and varied and of remarkable quality!

15/08/2024: I took a sea bream with sunny vegetables which was disgusting, the sea bream ??? no taste of the sea bream, failed cooking, taste of rubber in the mouth. Vegetables of the sun 2 cherry tomatoes with uncooked lentils and an unpleasant smell that I ended up vomiting. And a vomit-inducing andouillette accompanied by frozen potatoes that are too fatty. In conclusion to avoid but really this restaurant.

28/08/2024: We ate well, simple cuisine at lunchtime on the daily menu, fresh and good for a starter, main course and dessert price at 24 euros which is reasonable.
But, we had barely started our aperitif when the starter arrived, fortunately cold starter which we put aside.
No sweets at the aperitif while the table next to us had the right to olives, forget about us?
At the same time as dessert they brought us coffees that we didn't order.
Offered? No, it's a mistake, no big deal, we would have had one, but by the time we ate our dessert, we drank lukewarm coffee.
In a hurry to go on vacation, a few errors slipped into the service, too bad.
25/08/2024: We shared an unforgettable moment in your establishment for our 50th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, the waiters and waitresses were very good and the meal was sublime. Thank you for this beautiful day to the chef and everyone. We will come back for sure.

22/06/2024: Excessive and not very transparent prices! The chocolates are priced at €90/kg (an already high price) but we were charged more than €30 for the 250g box instead of €22.50. Added to these questionable practices are the unpleasant responses from the saleswoman. This is the last time we visit this address with its largely overrated reputation.
20/06/2024: Superb patisserie on the main street. Tea room with a few tables inside and an outdoor terrace on sunny days.
Delicious and numerous cakes and pastries, very good hot drinks including an excellent thick and tasty hot chocolate. From the choice and originality, we feel that the pastry chef is at the same time passionate, inspired and gifted; a true artist!
A temple of gluttony!

20/08/2024: Good Burger, the bread tastes between certain Brioches and milk breads we find the taste of the fermentation very good,
the meat good but a little cooked for my taste,
overall a very good one,
The soft chocolate is especially light
Thanks to the waitress for her smile and her attention to customers, this is becoming rare.
16/08/2024: Very good Burger with regional products. All homemade with extra limousine meat.
Friendly welcome.
I highly recommend.

Nourriture quelconque, énormément d'attente, pas assez de serveurs et bravo à ceux présents qui se démenaient sans relâche.
