25/06/2026: My son placed an order through Uber Eats, but half the order was missing and there was an error with the drink. My son called, and the person told him to call back as soon as he placed the order again, which my son did some time later, but it was impossible to reach anyone! Not fair to a young apprentice who just wants to treat himself now and then.

23/06/2026: Dismal restaurant, disgusting food. The waitress pushes the overflowing bin with her gloves and uses the same gloves to prepare sandwiches for customers one after another without changing them 🤮. What's more, she wipes the work surface with the palm of her hand, still wearing the same gloves she uses to make the sandwiches. 🙈 All this with revolting food and sauces, not to mention the bread, which is truly awful. And the spatula used to cut the bread is never cleaned and mixes all the ingredients from previous customers' sandwiches together 🤢. A little hygiene training is definitely needed! And €14 for that!! ⚠️

04/06/2026: Refusing access to the toilets to a woman who is 8 months pregnant, knowing that the toilets at Auchan are all out of order, is a truly regrettable attitude and does not make one want to eat in this restaurant!

21/05/2026: Excellent brasserie. The waitresses and waiters were very pleasant: friendly and smiling.

03/08/2026: Do not, under any circumstances, enter this restaurant if you have an emergency. The woman there is extremely unpleasant, not even a greeting, condescending, very haughty, unhelpful, and so on… I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs!

03/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The place is filthy, the atmosphere is seedy, and the service is unacceptable. The two managers were appallingly unpleasant from beginning to end. If you value your health and dignity, don't go there.

09/05/2026: A place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The new management, I dare say, has a total disregard for its customers! It starts with disrespect upon arrival, with employees smoking outside. We were left waiting at the counter for ages without any regard for us or even bothering to seat us. There were barely 3 tables occupied at 12:30 PM!! A so-called waitress, squeezed into her top with her midriff exposed… We had a reservation for 3, the table was set for 3, and yet one glass was missing. 30 minutes to order, 20 minutes for drinks, and NEVER a single carafe of water – we had to ask for it!!! Then another 1.5-hour wait to receive our 3 measly dishes!!! I was about to leave, but it was already past 2:30 PM… And what's more, the food was tasteless!!! A salad with specialties and charcuterie is exorbitantly priced. You expect good charcuterie and local products, but NO WAY! Products from Lidl, resold at exorbitant prices, drowned in soggy salad. And what about dessert? A 20-minute wait for a gourmet coffee, and then, the icing on the cake… a plate with four petit fours drowning in cocoa powder! I got it all over my clothes, and it was completely caked on. All this for nearly €90 for three people, including one main course, one glass of wine, and one gourmet coffee. A SHAME!!! And no one apologizes for the wait (they can't smoke and work at the same time; you have to choose between smoking and working, and they made that choice…), the staff who couldn't care less about their customers, the appalling food, and the deplorable management. With the previous owners, it was a delight: cheerful waiters, top-notch and fast service, even when the restaurant was full. Now it's a disaster. Leave immediately; you're a disgrace to the restaurant industry!

10/03/2026: Run away, friends!!! I don't even know where to begin. The reception? They handed us the key and pointed us to the hotel, which is located across a road, without showing us around or explaining anything. Be warned, if you have children, the road you have to cross to get to the hotel is extremely dangerous; you risk your life. The room? Oh my god!! Well, I'll post some pictures so you can judge for yourselves. Breakfast? No explanation whatsoever, except for the first door on the left. €12 for nothing: an orange juice machine that didn't work, no fresh bread, only frozen bread that we had to ask for because there wasn't any. Not to mention the hygiene. In short, avoid this place.
