10/03/2026: A lovely bistro atmosphere, just the way we like them. Max and his chef Mario are very friendly and efficient. The portions are generous. In the summer, there's a beautiful, sunny terrace in a strategic location.

03/02/2026: The tobacco shop is well-run, clean, and pleasant. Everything is clear and easy to navigate. There's a good selection of CBD products, including flowers, resins, etc.

20/06/2025: I miss Boris and his wife's smiles from back when the terrace was packed and they were the sunshine. In its place, we've inherited a cold, unfriendly staff with absolutely no sense of customer service. Needless to say, I will never eat again served by these odious people. There's nothing to improve things; sad faces and inappropriate remarks are the order of the day in this once so welcoming establishment.

12/12/2025: Hello, I have been a loyal customer of the Starbucks in Faubourg de l’Arche, Courbevoie, for several years, and I would like to emphasize the professionalism and exemplary kindness of the entire team. I would also like to submit a suggestion regarding the layout of the space. It might be beneficial to create a bar area equipped with a long table—not necessarily a high one—ideally near the windows or in another suitable location. This space would be dedicated to people who come to work alone, to avoid one person occupying an entire table, especially in winter. Installing a few suitable electrical outlets would make this space even more functional. In my opinion, this initiative could attract more customers and encourage a coworking atmosphere. Furthermore, this type of layout already exists in other Starbucks locations and does not require any construction work. Could you please respond to my suggestion? Thank you Sincerely, Habib

13/03/2026: €200 for a room furnished with badly damaged secondhand furniture, numerous stains on the walls, not even a bedside table, let alone a bedside lamp. A 1970s kitchen with very worn-out cabinets and a shabby shower curtain—avoid it at all costs. It's highway robbery.

09/03/2026: A very outdated room, corridors under construction and full of dust, bad smells, ancient furniture, carpet and walls covered in stains, all in a very questionable state of cleanliness => Avoid at all costs!!!

17/02/2026: Very disappointing experience. I ordered a lunch menu with crispy chicken rice (one of the two recommended dishes on the menu) and an appetizer of three spring rolls. The spring rolls arrived on time, but then there was a 20-minute wait. In the meantime, a table that arrived after us was served. So I asked the waitress about my order, and she told me the chef was preparing it. Five minutes passed, and a second table that arrived after us was served again. Five more minutes, and a table that arrived much later was served once more. I asked the waitress again about my order, and she replied, "He's preparing it" (meaning: the kitchen and dining room are disorganized, your order was sent to the wrong table, and you can wait forever). I'm generally quite tolerant and patient, but waiting over 30 minutes just for them to take my order (and even then, given the poor communication between them, it wasn't guaranteed...) while three other tables that arrived later were being served right in front of us, all while being given the runaround, wasn't exactly pleasant. The waitress in question was polite, so I'm giving it two stars instead of one.

11/02/2026: This restaurant really surprised me! The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable; you immediately feel at ease. The service is warm and attentive from beginning to end. I ordered beef stir-fried noodles: delicious and very generous. After the meal, a wonderfully creamy hot chocolate—a truly delightful moment! Whether for a meal with friends or to treat yourself, it's the perfect place. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

20/11/2025: The food is still very good. The service is also good, but the owner's dog wandering between the tables becomes unbearable and makes cleanliness questionable. Beware if you have allergies. I no longer recommend it.

18/12/2024: We took two menus for which we had to pay an extra charge that was not justified or mentioned on the menu. In addition, our pancakes were cold and not very garnished. We asked for a carafe of water which we never received. The table was dirty and sticky. I don't recommend this place.

06/02/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant for its efficient service and wide variety of options. The set menu, including pasta, a drink, and dessert, is very generous. The staff is attentive. It's excellent value for money. Don't hesitate to try it; you won't be disappointed!

29/01/2026: This pasta restaurant lets you create your own plate with two pasta options (gluten-free or regular) and several choices of toppings and sauces. The service is very fast, and you can eat in the spacious dining room, all at a reasonable price.

03/02/2026: The toilets have been out of order for months. This is unacceptable and quite surprising for a place like Starbucks, where you're supposed to be able to stay and spend time comfortably.

13/03/2026: I recently tried this restaurant and the experience was rather mixed. The food was decent, but I was a little surprised by the portions, which were quite small considering the price. At this price, you'd expect something a bit more generous. The service could also be improved. I found the owner rather cold in her manner. When we made a small comment about an order (a sauce mix-up), she got angry with us and told us to go sit down in a rather abrupt and unpleasant way. Yet, it really wasn't anything serious. It wasn't a disaster, but overall, it left a rather mediocre impression. With a warmer welcome and slightly larger portions, the experience could definitely be better. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

13/03/2026: A very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was truly lacking; the owner was particularly unpleasant and spoke to customers in a rather curt manner. A simple remark was enough to create a tense atmosphere. It was merely pointed out that an order included two savory sauces instead of one savory and one sweet, but the reaction was disproportionate and frankly unprofessional. In addition, the portions were extremely small compared to the prices charged. One expects a minimum when paying this price, but this was clearly excessive. Between the unfriendly welcome and the truly minimal portions, the experience was unsatisfactory. It's a shame, because with better service and portions more in line with the prices, it could be much better.
