16/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our stay. We arrived to find the pool closed and we hadn't been informed (we had specifically chosen this hotel), and our hallway was under construction. We woke up at 8:30 in the morning to loud construction noises outside our door. A real shame for what was supposed to be a relaxing stay 🙁

14/04/2026: This is unacceptable for a hotel. It urgently needs renovation. There was paint in the hallways, and we weren't notified. Not even a bottle of water (Cristal brand only costs a few cents). The breakfast room is too small. Not enough space. I do not recommend this hotel.

25/05/2026: Terrible service! No one was there on the morning of May 25th, and there was absolutely no customer service. A terrible customer experience. They didn't even bother to come to the door and explain that the café doesn't open until 8:30 am. They preferred to shout from a distance.

07/05/2026: Why even bother using Deliveroo and other platforms if you don't process orders? I waited 30 minutes and had to cancel my order because they weren't processing it on their end… A huge waste of time.

05/05/2026: Okay, so all the negative comments online about this restaurant are either lies or a conflict of interest... My son Adam and I often eat at kebab restaurants, and at this one in Courbevoie, the meat is excellent, especially the Adana, which tastes incredible. You can tell it's homemade, like all the meat in this restaurant, and when I say homemade, I mean it's made with love. One evening, I was eyeing a soup listed on the menu high up on the wall above the kitchen, and the owner offered me a taste, and it was just incredible... I loved it. It was a lentil soup made by the owner's mother, who is always helpful to customers, and I'm talking about the owner here... the rest of the team is super friendly, and they always give you very generous portions, whether it's... Meat and fries... They remember each customer and their individual preferences, which I found rather shocking... It remains, for me, the best kebab shop between Courbevoie, La Défense, Puteaux, and Nanterre. It's right on the street where all the shops are in Courbevoie.

05/05/2026: One of the worst Subway locations. The service is appalling. I think the restaurant manager should reconsider who to hire. We walked in last night, and both employees were on their phones. Not a single greeting when we came in. We felt like we were bothering them. Avoid at all costs.

04/04/2026: I stopped by your restaurant and ordered takeout (set menu M1). When I got home, I was very disappointed: the meal wasn't good at all. The rice was very dry, even hard to eat, and the sushi didn't seem fresh. Frankly, it wasn't enjoyable at all. 😖

13/03/2026: I recently tried this restaurant and the experience was rather mixed. The food was decent, but I was a little surprised by the portions, which were quite small considering the price. At this price, you'd expect something a bit more generous. The service could also be improved. I found the owner rather cold in her manner. When we made a small comment about an order (a sauce mix-up), she got angry with us and told us to go sit down in a rather abrupt and unpleasant way. Yet, it really wasn't anything serious. It wasn't a disaster, but overall, it left a rather mediocre impression. With a warmer welcome and slightly larger portions, the experience could definitely be better. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
