07/06/2024: This was our first restaurant in Montpellier and was very enjoyable. Creative, tasty, colourful plates. Charming, informative waitress. Just a heads up. Service is included in the price of the meal in France. A "tip" is extra in addition to the 15% service, if you so choose. Would definitely return in future. Don't forget there is no need to tip. It's already included in the bill.

05/05/2024: Petit restaurant à côté de la préfecture. L’accueil est très pro et particulièrement agréable de la part de la serveuse. Par contre, sérieusement beaucoup de chichis dans la présentation pour en finalité pas grand chose. Les produits sont de qualités mais la quantité est franchement très succinct dans les assiettes. Le plat principal de poisson est à mon sens tout simplement raté. Un lieu, bien trop sec dans sa cuisson et sans une vraie sauce permettant de profiter pleinement de ce poisson assez fade. Le restaurant est intéressant mais le niveau de la prestation globale, elle n’est pas du niveau.

26/09/2024: Very nice place. Good welcome. Neat cuisine. The products are quality. Terrace victim of its success, we are a little crowded... but really pleasant site, especially in good weather.

23/09/2024: Honestly at the top!!!! the decor is really beautiful, you feel at home there. Very warm welcome and the snack of the lost red fruit brioche...mmmm a killer. 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓Big favorite. I think this winter this place will be my HQ.

21/09/2024: Excellente cuisine, service originale, on partage les plats entre convives. Suggestion de vins de Montpellier remarquable. Service super sympa ! Le quartier Candolle est typique de la convivialité montpelliéraine, à proximité de la faculté historique de médecine.

17/02/2025: Home service, impeccable, professional delivery (time, containers, organization) The CANA buffet delighted all the guests, from starters to desserts including the hot main course....excellent....plus a very good quality/price ratio for the Montpellier market. Not the first service we have ordered and certainly not the last, I recommend.....

25/02/2024: Nous avons eu tellement honte d’amener nos amis à côté du kawa théâtre pour leur faire découvrir que nous avons régler la note 16€ pour une planche mixte charcuterie fromage du VOL La planche est comment dire !!!! VIDE Il y’a un malheureux morceau de copa à se partager en 4 même la serveuse était gênée de nous amener ça pour le prix La salade remplie pas mal l’assiette Puis du pain Mais encore une fois il s’agit d’une baguette à 60cts de super marché et tellement dure que même à mon poney je ne la donnerai pas !!! Passez votre chemin

24/02/2024: Top show!!!!!!! On the other hand, the restaurant is not great at all. We had a premium formula, and there was really nothing to eat on the boards, a few slices of sausage, a few salad leaves, a micro slice of ham, a few thin slices of cheese, an aperitif in fact. We only ate bread and no choice for the obligatory creme brûlée dessert!!!! And not to mention the coffee, a real "sock" juice. The really nice little waiters, we didn't want to make them uncomfortable. Results we are going elsewhere!!! We have done several theaters and this is the first time this has happened to us. Really very disappointed!!!! I do not recommend!!!!! We should be refunded!!!! It's a shame !!!

06/08/2024: Endroit parfait pour manger en extérieur, les prix sont plus que raisonnables, limite peu chères pour ce que c'est. J'ai été très agréablement surprise, je recommande vivement. Personnel très gentil, j'enlève juste 1 point pour l'eau de la carafe pas fraiche mais clairement ça on s'en fou. Vraiment top

22/06/2024: Aux halles du Lez, accueil au top. Dîner en terrasse. Service impeccable. Bonne nourriture plutôt type Amérique du sud. Attention les petits piments rouges sont très très fort !

07/04/2024: Excellents tacos de bœuf braisé à basse température… Ça vaut vraiment le déplacement 😃 Guacamole sympa mais moins mémorable 😉

23/01/2025: I have been going to Resto U Richter once a week for two years, but overall, I am quite disappointed with the dishes served. First of all, they are not at all designed for people intolerant to gluten or dairy products (some lunchtimes, there are no options). There is very little choice and some dishes are very bad, often those with a lot of sauces, or overcooked (even the rice) or not enough. Cordon bleu, roast pork or bread are sometimes as hard as a brick and inedible. This lunchtime the pork was barely present in the dish, half of the pieces were hard, full of nerves. It’s a shame, simpler dishes, with separate sauces, would be good. More options of vegetables or rice without adding cheeses or sauces too.
