10/12/2024: Agréablement surprise, vue l'emplacement je pensais un "attrape touriste" mais pas du tout, le burger au paleron de veau était un vrai régal. Le serveur est sympathique et le service rapide. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerai sans problème.

30/11/2024: Avec mon conjoint on a mangé 2 fois ici, et c’est toujours pareil, on commande des boissons qu’on nous sert même pas, on nous apporte nos plats sans bouteille d’eau, on dirait qu’on dérange les serveurs (pour être poli parce que l’expression la plus adaptée et grossière) je recommande pas du tout cet endroit vous trouverez meilleurs et plus accueillant ailleurs.

28/09/2024: Staff, very unpleasant, speak badly to their customers. I came to order ice cream with my pregnant cousin and my boyfriend. my cousin not having enough money, I took an ice cream that I planned to share with her and my boyfriend also had an ice cream. so we headed upstairs to be able to settle in warm An employee came to confront us, telling us that there were only two ice creams so only two people could go upstairs, we tried to negotiate, but to no avail he stood in front of my friend , he told her “stop acting like you’re not happy, you’re going home” I am extremely disappointed to see the staff react like this to their customers. the security guard did not intervene and therefore made us leave the McDonald’s.

27/09/2024: The staff is really unpleasant, the manager allows himself to speak badly to customers, he insults them and respects no one, this McDonald's should really be avoided, choose the one at the station which is 5 minutes from this one.

23/09/2024: Personnel agréable service simple et convivial. Idéalement situé au pied du centre commercial. Large choix de produits et prix très raisonnable.

22/09/2024: Qualité déplorable, service amateur, attente interminable, passez votre chemin ! Riz sec, sushi médiocres fais par des amateurs , 45 minutes avant d'avoir les boissons , 10 de plus pour le repas que nous n'avons pas terminé, certains plats même pas Goûtés. A fuir et surtout prévenez vos amis...

15/08/2024: Crepe much too greasy and thick. Not all bottles are available at the fridge in large format, so we had to take several for the same quantity and those at a higher price. However, the view is great and the terrace is ideally located

07/09/2024: Amazing ! I arrive at the Drive at 10:45 a.m. and I ask for a breakfast package, the woman replies "uh, it's 11 a.m. it's over" I say no, so it's not yet 11 a.m.... she ends up telling me that 'They're out of stock so she won't give me a formula. What a vice, we are well received 👎🏼

14/09/2024: Billiard bar to escape Manager recognizable by his lack of hair and his lack of politeness! High price and empty establishment! Manager at his bar: “We are too many.” Extremely expensive / 2 hours of billiards game + 4 pints = + 60€ for two. Avoid!

07/09/2024: Hello boubous, how are you boulou wougadoubadaba? Well, I'm trying to have McDonald's delivered to the Royal Hotel, which can be done in a minute and a half maximum! I have the Uber eats delivery man FAYCAL, who withdraws directly upon arriving at McDonald's after 2 minutes of waiting after this sub individual to be urgently re-educated. I also have Abdelouasel who accepts my delivery on the application, and the guy goes to the other side of town after passing the McDonald's, there I send him a message to find out why he goes so far, and the delivery man cancels my order. The third, whose identity I will not reveal because he agreed to do his job, ended up turning me in but still tried to cover for his colleagues. So it took me three delivery men to deliver McDonald's to the Royal Hotel, it's not at all serious, we're on the same street... And it's not a big street. So Uber eats, it's becoming a real problem, and this McDonald's here I swear, I remain polite!!!!! Woohoo!!! Don't expect a tip from me on Uber eats eh...

02/09/2024: The staff not at all welcoming, neither hello nor goodbye. The girl at the cash register gasps when I ask her for a towel. Plus I waited 15 minutes for just a simple menu. At 8 p.m. in the middle of a rush, no one is motivated to go faster in the kitchen, they prefer to chat when we come to a basic fast food restaurant. I see that most of your Google reviews are negative, perhaps you should ask the right questions when it comes to managing your team. And no need to have an apologetic response when I see your short answers from other people who are full like me. It’s not me who needs to say a few things, but rather your employees.

19/08/2024: We were there on 19/08/24. 🇵🇱 The food was great, I recommend it. The meat was medium rare, just the way we wanted it. The waitress was very nice. High-level service - thank you 😊 I recommend it and see you because we will definitely come back! 🤝💪
