03/05/2026: Avoid this place. If you're not a regular, they have absolutely no consideration for new customers. It's a shame because I was really positive after reading the reviews. We waited over an hour for our main course, and as a result, we didn't even want to order dessert.

Celebrated my birthday today and as usual the staff were so friendly, our favourite food .goyoza starter, lames de tigre (weeping tiger) a thai steak( rare ) with a proper chilli dipping sauce (we like spicy a lot ) just absolutely perfect and cafe gourmand to finish with a birthday candle and song . All of their varied menu is good and a lovely atmosphere to add to your enjoyment . Thank you all of the Face team for making my 71st birthday a memorable one .

05/04/2026: Prices are skyrocketing, the staff is never the same, they're unresponsive, you have to wait 30 minutes before being served... the place isn't what it used to be, unfortunately.
26/03/2026: When we arrived, there was no greeting; all the servers walked right past us without speaking, creating a frosty atmosphere.
The order-taking process with Asena was frightening. He only brought us half our order.
And he repeatedly asked us for our drinks... there were only two of us...
Fortunately, the food was good, and the regulars were there to bring some warmth to this brasserie; otherwise, there was no team spirit, and the coldness between them was palpable.
I would like to thank a young, blonde, blue-eyed employee who was very kind.
Despite everything, I found the atmosphere better last summer.
Don't avoid this restaurant; it does have many good qualities, and the staff changes frequently. And a big plus for the very good food.

And all the staff, their food, drinks, and desserts, their delicious atmosphere, there's nothing to say. The service is also impeccable. I've been coming to La Patapain for years and I'm always very, very, very happy with all the servers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

07/03/2026: We arrived at 1:30 pm and were invited to wait outside with a complimentary aperitif from the waiter. There was very little wait for seating and service.
The meal was very generous, even for meat lovers, and offered a good selection.
Good quality ingredients, simple yet delicious.
And the desserts... fantastic!
I highly recommend it 😊

11/01/2026: This man is very unpleasant. He gives grand moral lectures and humiliates his customers. I've never seen anything like it. Even if, fundamentally, he wasn't wrong, his manner of speaking is truly deplorable. The €3 salad wasn't mentioned in the price. Mini Cokes and mini iced teas were €3 a bottle. It's a shame because the food is quite good.
We wanted to try the fondue. We'll try it again, but somewhere else.
08/12/2025: A superb experience in this restaurant with a delicious all-you-can-eat raclette, accompanied by an excellent Coteaux du Layon wine.

23/05/2026: It's barely 9 pm and the children's play area is already closed… That's a shame, especially when you come to McDonald's mainly to please the kids. A bit disappointing for families who come for dinner in the evening.

Domino's Pizza

16/04/2026: Incredibly incompetent!
I ordered two pizzas, only one arrived! I politely pointed it out, and they came back to me all smiles: "We'll make it again, we had a little problem, the delivery driver took it home!" Wow, how ridiculous!
They told me they'd make it again and I'd have it in 6 minutes. Well, 6 minutes, not including tax! They're just as incompetent as ever, whether it's reading an order or calculating preparation time!
I was unhappy, and they told me that as an "apology"—with a sort of air quote gesture—they were offering me... a can of soda! So the guy who placed a delivery order gets a €6 pizza as a gift, and I go all the way there, sweating (to put it politely) waiting, even though I have work to do afterward, for just a can of soda as compensation for their stupidity, even though I'm in no way responsible!
I've seen some stupid things, but this is beyond ridiculous in terms of customer service! I can understand a mistake, but to treat customers with such condescension and offer "so-called" compensation with a can of soda? That's a joke!
I was a customer for years, but that's over now! I absolutely do not recommend this place given the staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism!
16/04/2026: It's a disgrace! I ordered a ham and cheese pizza. When I arrived at reception to pick it up, they told me they'd called three times, which is false. I only received one call, with no message left at reception. All this just to tell me they couldn't make my ham pizza because they were out of ham. Honestly, it's shameful. I've never seen a pizzeria without ham.
