07/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are delicious, prepared with quality ingredients, and the portions are generous. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this place; we will gladly return.

02/07/2026: I came to this restaurant because their website stated they offer vegetarian dishes. The starter was fantastic (fresh goat's milk panna cotta), a real delight, a very ingenious sweet and savory appetizer. The "vegetarian" dish, however, was just a side dish with sauce. The mashed potatoes were over-seasoned; you couldn't even tell the vegetables were there. The sauce itself was very good. Seeing the Japanese influences in the restaurant, I think it's a shame the chef didn't think of a tofu dish. My grandmother ordered the fish, which was cooked to perfection. The Black Forest cake with cherry sorbet was very good. The service was impeccable.

19/08/2026: Authentic crêperie in the old town of Châteauroux, delicious buckwheat and/or wheat crêpes generously filled with quality ingredients. Friendly welcome and service with a big smile, thank you for a very pleasant experience! Perfect for cycling and swimming enthusiasts!

23/05/2026: One-night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Very complete and high-quality breakfast. Very functional family room with two bathrooms. Even our dog had his own bed and bowls in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

23/07/2026: Lunch at a table in the street, shaded and with a gentle breeze - perfect! Service was timely, forgiving of my less than perfect french, and beautifully relaxed. 4 courses of heavenly food for €37 - wow! Lentil and goats cheese starter - sublime Onglet of beef with a Dijon mustard sauce, garlicky, herby roast potatoes and a few roast veg - delicuous Plate of local cheeses - 4 different and all divine Desert - pretty and tasted even better than they looked. If you're looking for a good spot for lunch, park at Les Halles and stroll to Le P'tit Bouchon.

18/07/2026: An excellent local place with an amazing vibe. The food is excellent and the service is second to none. A lot of locals eat here which is always a good sign. The liver and terrine was excellent.

11/06/2026: Perfect! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And the meal was perfect (as were the cocktails for happy hour). I highly recommend this establishment!

29/08/2026: Late August 2026: Passing through Châteauroux for one night, we walked around the lake and stopped for a drink at the Guinguette. We ordered two drinks and a sugar waffle. My wife was more than disappointed with the waffle, which was definitely frozen because it was still cold inside ☹️ (she should have sent it back, but she didn't want to make a fuss 🫤). Furthermore, two minutes after being served, my wife, who was eating, was interrupted by the waitress who asked us to pay the bill immediately 🤨 (She was perhaps afraid we'd leave without paying 🧐). Given these circumstances, we had planned to have dinner there that evening but changed our minds 🤔. It's a shame to be located in such an idyllic setting near a lake and stream and that the brand doesn't live up to expectations 👎.

An excellent restaurant, both for the quality of the food and the warm welcome. A big thank you to the entire team, the waiters and waitresses, for their kindness, their smiles, their attentiveness, and all their thoughtful touches. 🥰 My parents had the pleasure of celebrating their 4th wedding anniversary at your restaurant, and they were truly delighted with the occasion. Being restaurateurs themselves, they particularly enjoyed the meal from beginning to end. They absolutely loved it! I had also requested a nice table on the terrace, ideally with a beautiful view of the lake, and you perfectly fulfilled my request. We had a lovely table with a magnificent view of the lake, which made the occasion even more enjoyable. 🌅❤️ I had asked for a small candle to mark their wedding anniversary. Since my mom didn't end up having dessert, you were still kind enough to put a candle on a small dollop of whipped cream. ❤️ It was such a simple gesture, but it touched us deeply and made the moment even more special. Thank you again to the whole team for your warm welcome, your kindness, and this lovely experience. We will definitely be back! 🥰❤️

29/07/2026: Fabulous menu. I had duck with tabbouleh, my partner had chicken stuffed with cheese and ham with vegetables and chips. Both dishes were wonderful. The creme brulee was the best I've had (and I've eaten many!) And the chocolate mousse was also excellent. What really made it though was the service: quick, efficient and friendly with lots of time taken to explain the menu in English. With a large beer each, the bill came to around 25€ per person which we thought was fabulous value for money. 5 out of 5 for us. Sorry, only took a photo of the duck.

21/08/2026: A truly unique place; if I could have given it six stars, I would have. A visit to the restaurant was unplanned, but the welcome, service, and cuisine were perfect. The octopus is a truly unforgettable experience, absolutely divine! Thank you to the very friendly chef. This is an unmissable spot for a wonderful gastronomic experience in a beautiful setting.
