29/02/2024: We booked the day and luckily had a place! It is a very warm and friendly little restaurant. We ordered the fondue menu for €30 and we got what we paid for: excellent and very generous fondue, plate of local and gourmet charcuterie, fresh and well-seasoned salad. For dessert, a lemon tart made by the owner, DELICIOUS! In short, 10/10, if you go to Chamrousse, it's a must!

10/03/2024: On a weekend with friends in Autrans we stayed at La Buffe. The welcome is very friendly and nevertheless professional. Among other things, we appreciated the quality and service of the dinner in a room with modern and warm decoration. The tasting of a local digestive at the lounge was also very popular. We recommend without hesitation!!!

The chef offers dishes focused on fish, a delicate parillada, a very well presented risotto, a delicious lean steak. And to finish, delicious and hearty homemade desserts.... A beautiful wine list, at reasonable prices. An establishment to discover and know absolutely. We will return....

26/12/2023: Several times I come to eat with my family at this restaurant. We are starting to become regulars! Very shocked by the comments with less than two stars.. PLACE : - The restaurant is always elegantly decorated, the atmosphere is warm and the tables are well arranged so as not to be disturbed by the surrounding discussions (despite the discussions, there is no hubbub); KITCHEN - The meals are of incredible quality with products only from short circuits! (The menu mentions the producers approached); the dishes change according to the seasons to always offer fresh products; All the dishes are prepared with a lot of love and passion, as evidenced by the magnificent and fine presentations. SERVICE - The service is impeccable even if it could be improved, and I pull out my secret card: the restaurant trains young people from the region, so it's in no way embarrassing because they learn and do their best to explain the dishes to us and the wines ordered. So hats off! They remain absolutely kind. This is why we come whenever we can as a family and why I can only warmly recommend this restaurant!

The staffs' warmth and enthusiasm add to the welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Sylvain, the owner, is a standout personality, exuding genuine hospitality and ensuring that every guest feels valued. During our visit, we had the pleasure of trying Sylvain's homemade génépi, a delightful treat that perfectly encapsulates the essence of the region. For lunch, we opted for the moules, frites, and a refreshing beer, all of which exceeded my expectations. We also indulged in Aperol Spritz and Irish Coffees adding more enjoyment to our experience. What truly sets Kanata apart is the combination of impeccable service, delicious food, and a welcoming ambiance. Sylvain's generosity and passion for his craft shine through in every aspect of the dining experience, leaving a lasting impression. La Bergerie Kanata is undoubtedly a gem in Les Deux Alpes, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit. Merci beaucoup!
