06/09/2024: Sono venuto a pranzo con due colleghi di lavoro. Ci siamo seduti nella sala appena all'interno perché fuori faceva caldo. Abbiamo preso due ottime uova tartufate e un piatto di fois gras. Il piatto forte è il polpo! Morbido, croccante, ben accompagnato. Per finire una deliziosa mousse al cioccolato. Veramente un ristorante in cui tornare.

19/12/2024: Congratulations and thanks to the Côtelette team! This day we had our service Christmas meal (a large group of 30 people). It was the first time for many of us. We are spread THRILLED with the experience! Already the restaurant is really nice and we were in the room downstairs, which is magnificent! The service is attentive, efficient, pleasant, helpful staff! And to finish, a Perfect kitchen!!! Everything was excellent!!! From starter to dessert! In addition, we had exchanged by email in advance to have menu proposals if possible, but with certain conditions, and La Côtelette responded to all requests, and even to an additional request added the old one! In short, we all said to ourselves that we would come back to show our families/friends because it really was great!! ❤️ on you La Cotelette!

05/07/2025: The welcome is friendly and professional, and the cuisine is high-quality. The price-quality ratio is excellent! The glass of Collioure wine is a must-try. The desserts are always beautifully presented.

02/07/2025: Beautiful terrace, overlooking the Bastille, we ate well, the owner is super nice, the Chartreuse has a pleasant end. We will come back 👍

25/10/2025: Le Pèr’Gras is one of those Grenoble institutions where you enter with enthusiasm, almost fervor, convinced you're experiencing a suspended moment, an exceptional moment worthy of its history. The warm and sincere welcome maintains this promise for a while. The illusion works, like a first-year soufflé: we applaud the goodwill, we forgive the clumsiness... until everything collapses on the plate. To accompany the aperitif, some sausage and cheese rolls. A disconcertingly simple appetizer, suggesting that here, tradition flirts dangerously with the cafeteria. At this rate, next time, I'll book a restaurant at a gastronomic restaurant to enjoy some Pringles: at least it would be perfectly in line with the current inflation rate. The room, quickly overtaken by the hubbub, makes the charm of the first few minutes vanish. The service, friendly but clearly lost in the menu, struggles to answer even the simplest questions: the composition of a dish, the ingredients in a mocktail, the origin of the products. As the hesitations mount, doubt sets in. As for whether the mocktails are made from local produce, no one can say, not even the server, visibly as intrigued as his customers. The dishes arrive unpresented. No announcement, no explanation, as if mystery were meant to replace rigor. But the surprise here isn't tinged with magic. It simply denotes a certain laxity, hardly in keeping with the codes of a restaurant claiming to be gourmet. Faced with food intolerances, particularly lactose, one would have hoped for more attention, even a hint of creativity. Instead of the unsuitable dessert, two modest pieces of cheese, accompanied by wilted grapes, served as an alternative. A makeshift solution, more resigned than inventive. The cuisine, finally, remains adequate, but lacks brilliance. It executes rather than expresses itself, and leaves the palate in a polished neutrality, far from the culinary emotion one expects from a restaurant of this reputation. Do you have to try the most expensive menu to be surprised? If the Harvest menu, at €49 per person, is already barely convincing, how can you be tempted by the Pèr'Gras menu at €73 or €78? The question is worth asking. Then there's the view, sumptuous, sovereign. A breathtaking panorama, which alone justifies the pilgrimage. But in this sublime setting, the meal lacks soul, as if the restaurant, strong in its past, had fallen asleep on its reputation. As it stands, a historic address which would benefit from rediscovering the rigor, precision and creativity that its name still evokes for so many Grenoble residents.

28/11/2024: Small bar with a large pleasant terrace at the back. Good cocktails and planchas... but we'll stop there, behind a friendly atmosphere, the waitress's remarks don't go through, too bad I'll never set foot there again!!!

15/09/2024: Déjà merci pour être ouvert le dimanche. Les plats sont qualitatifs, les saveurs sont là . Rien à dire. On choisit son repas et ses boissons sur une tablette. Soit. C'est ludique !! Un bémol cependant pour notre table de deux. Nous avons hérité de l'espace le plus exiguë de l'étage.
