14/08/2026: A superb discovery! 🇮🇹❤️ We just ate at this Italian restaurant and frankly, everything was perfect from start to finish. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and above all, a real passion for what they offer. You can really feel their desire to do things well, their attention to detail, and their love for their craft. And this is reflected both in the food and the service. The staff is lovely, smiling, and attentive, and the owner is simply wonderful: very welcoming, warm, kind, and passionate. You immediately feel at ease. To be honest, it's one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. A truly fantastic experience, with quality, flavor, and above all, a lot of heart. We will definitely be back!

23/07/2026: I've been a customer for over 10 years, and in all of Strasbourg (I'm a chef, by the way), there's no better Kavkaz or any other place like it. I never eat anywhere else when I'm not traveling, and even when I'm in other countries, I tell everyone about Kavkaz because everything is homemade and absolutely delicious. Sometimes I even order two Kavkaz to make sure I eat well for two days! 👉👍 My advice: don't go anywhere else. Kavkaz is the best, and I've been a chef for 15 years, so I know what I'm talking about.

05/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. We had an Alsatian hamburger and a cordon bleu with cream sauce. It was superb. The waiter and waitress were very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

27/07/2026: The food is good. But when you ask how you'd like your steak cooked, rare doesn't mean medium. The dining room is noisy. They should put Teflon pads under the chairs. The service is a bit slow!

The service is top-notch and they are very fast; they are helpful and very friendly. If you are in the area, definitely stop by. Be sure to arrive on time or make a reservation if you want to eat there, because business is booming, as you would expect with this delicious food at a great price.

I don't recommend it; keep walking if you're looking for a restaurant with a good atmosphere. I'm giving it one star because it's required to leave a review, but it doesn't even deserve that.

06/08/2026: Excellent as usual! Almost too much...which detracts from the desserts, which are wonderful. The only downside was that the birthday candle I'd reserved for my daughter's 15th birthday wasn't on her dessert...she was a little disappointed...😉
