02/08/2026: I've been there several times, but this was the absolute worst! I arrived at 8:00 PM, drinks were served at 8:15 PM, okay… order placed at 8:30 PM. A table that arrived fifteen minutes earlier ordered drinks at the same time as their order… were we intruding or what? Two pizzas were served at 9:30 PM, and for an hour, no one else came… completely invisible! But the two neighboring tables weren't treated the same way?? I'm extremely shocked and disappointed! Even though the food wasn't bad… I'll pass and I'll never set foot in there again, and I don't like to bother people 😫 it ruined our evening!

14/06/2026: One of my favorite Italian restaurants here in Alsace. The oven-baked combination is a true culinary delight, especially with a few extra touches (fresh mushrooms, chorizo, gorgonzola). The interior atmosphere is very pleasant, and the main team hasn't changed, much to my delight. I highly recommend this place; it's a culinary institution in Reichshoffen!

09/07/2026: Since the bakery reopened, I've been coming 2 to 3 times a week and the service is fantastic. Sabrina at the till is perfect: smiling, kind, and professional. The selection of products, especially the sandwiches, is excellent. Special mention for the bread with vigues. I highly recommend it! 🤗

20/06/2026: The service has deteriorated so much lately, it's so slow and slow to serve just a few pastries or some bread... It's a shame we don't see the previous lady anymore, the one who knew how to speed things up when needed. Young people are slow...

30/07/2026: A very cozy, intimate restaurant with delicious food! Friendly people working there. I would definitely recommend this. What I would also recommend is the homemade brownie for dessert, insanely tasty. I do recommend making a reservation, though, the place is popular :)

27/07/2026: Papa Lisa remains a true Strasbourg institution, a place people love to return to for a good meal in a friendly atmosphere. For years, it has offered generous cuisine, featuring authentic Alsatian classics and pizzas that are consistently excellent. However, during my last two visits, I felt something had changed in the kitchen. While the pizzas are still a sure thing, the other dishes seemed less refined and less flavorful than before. It's a shame, because this establishment has long been a benchmark for me. I sincerely hope this is just a temporary dip in quality, because Papa Lisa deserves to return to the level that made its reputation.

02/02/2026: The acoustics are deplorable, unfortunately, despite an initial renovation! When will the brasserie, or at least a tea room, reopen? It was a promise made during the current or even previous election term!

31/07/2026: What can I say about this restaurant... The food is passable, but it's Italian in name only. We only eat there when our favorite restaurants are closed. Luckily, that's rare! The service is very cold and the atmosphere is dull. The pseudo-Italian pizzas have been bland for years! The pasta dishes don't transport anyone to Italy! Perhaps replacing the unfriendly pizza chef at the entrance who doesn't even know how to say hello would be a start? In short, go eat there if nothing else is open; there are worse places, but it's still just another soulless, tasteless chain restaurant...

27/06/2026: Hello, I've thoroughly enjoyed your pizzas for the past three years. Each time, I discovered new flavors and loved them even more. Ordering from you and watching a movie with my mother became a favorite activity. It's been a month now, and I've been checking every two or three days to see if you're open, only to find that you're temporarily closed. I'd like to know when you'll reopen or if you're permanently closed. I'd prefer to know if you're closed so I can stop checking every day, as it's really broken my heart. So please reply if you see this message.

13/07/2026: I go there often and, having tried a few pizzas, I've never been disappointed: the prices are fair (especially the Burrata, which still pleasantly surprises me), and the quality of the dough and ingredients is satisfactory for the price. In short, good pizzas (not revolutionary) at a very reasonable price.
