04/04/2026: Of course, the food is good, but the service is terrible. After an hour of waiting, I asked the waitress how our orders were, but she'd lost the order, and we weren't the only ones. Some people left because they were so long. If you don't want to wait hours, don't go.

08/04/2026: We waited over 40 minutes for takeaway pizzas, and for no reason, he was making other people's pizzas before ours, even though we'd arrived first. The guy was very slow and used vulgar language in front of the other customers. The pizzas were absolutely not worth the wait.

01/02/2026: I'm very surprised to read negative comments... It's a truly excellent Italian restaurant. We go there often and always feel transported to the heart of Italy. And I go to a lot of restaurants! As I said, I always have a wonderful time there 😊 The pizzas, pasta, and salads are fantastic, and don't hesitate to order dessert 😉 I highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

16/05/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. The pizzas were really small and unappetizing; they looked like frozen pizzas… or even worse, both aesthetically and in terms of taste. The crust was hard and overcooked, making them really unpleasant to eat. The service was also lacking; the waiter seemed completely out of it, as if he'd just woken up or was still half asleep. Luckily, I was with my friends, which meant we still had a good time despite everything.

16/03/2026: Passing through Bischwiller with my friends, I wanted to grab a pizza. They recommended this pizzeria, which they've been going to for a long time. I must say it was a real find; the pizza was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices more than reasonable—in fact, for that size of pizza, I'd never seen anything like it. 16/05/2026: We came to your region the weekend of May 8th. We had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant... We ate very well. We received a superb welcome. We were truly delighted with our experience... and the gentleman chatted with us very nicely, as we were going to an amusement park the next day... There were five of us, and we're from the north... and we highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: The welcome was very haughty and unfriendly, but the pizzas were very good, though very expensive! We spent over €140 on 8 pizzas and two bottles of Lambrusco...

19/05/2026: Arriving late (9 pm) on a Sunday evening, we were welcomed for dinner. Italian and Alsatian specialties. Set menu: starter + main course + dessert. Starters and main courses were generous, but the dessert selection was more limited. Attentive and efficient service.

27/03/2026: I had the opportunity to have lunch at this establishment on February 10, 2026. I chose a salmon pizza. I would have been better off choosing something else; I have never eaten a pizza so undercooked and, above all, so tasteless. We pointed out the problem to the waitress, since I barely ate anything. In short, out of respect for the restaurant, we sent a message on Instagram the same day. Given the lack of response to date, I am taking the liberty of informing other customers. A word to the wise.

10/05/2026: Hello, After having avoided this restaurant since 2024, I returned today, May 10, 2026. Excellent welcome, the restaurant was cleaned, the current head waiter was very professional. It's nice to see that this establishment has made the effort to respect its customers by serving a decent meal in good conditions. Thank you. See you soon. Hello - It's been getting worse and worse for the last 5 years. Today was the last straw: the restaurant hadn't been cleaned, and used napkins were lying under the tables. There was no welcome. The young woman present had an unpleasant, mocking attitude and no self-control. The young man said, "I'm just a waiter?" Flammekueche with practically raw onions. The foie gras was deconstructed, grainy, and a very small portion for €23.50—that's a first. It's highway robbery. The other restaurants in the group, notably the Biblenhoff and the Tankstell, respect their customers by serving them professionally with decent portions and a stable, friendly staff. At the Auberge du Ried, the staff changes very frequently; what's the problem? I sincerely hope that the customers who booked the holiday menus won't regret their choice.
