14/07/2026: I discovered Pizza Aixpress, a pizzeria that's been open since 1991, thanks to an acquaintance. I usually always go to the same place for pizza, so I was a little hesitant. But I have absolutely no regrets! The pizzas were excellent, generously topped, and very tasty. Plus, the prices are really affordable: for two people, we ate very well without breaking the bank. The pizza chef is very friendly, funny, and creates a great atmosphere. As a bonus, he has excellent taste in music, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pizzeria itself is also very attractive and welcoming. A fantastic find that I highly recommend!

24/07/2026: The products they offer are decent, the bread is good, but every time I go there I encounter a young saleswoman who treats customers poorly, not a smile, just a "hello," and when I politely asked her how much I owed, not having heard her say it, she replied, "I said €3.80!" At some point, we're not animals! It was morning, so no excuses like "it's the end of the day, I'm tired." And since this isn't the first time, I'm never going back!

06/06/2026: I come to this restaurant a few times because the food is good. The pizzas are quite large, but the portions for some other dishes are ridiculously small, especially considering the price, which can exceed that of the pizzas. It's also absurd to be seated at a table for two when you're a group of three, all to maximize the number of people they can accommodate. Especially since groups of three arriving later end up at tables for four. Aside from these shortcomings, the food is delicious, but the price is quite high.

Unfortunately, my last two visits were a true demonstration of everything to avoid in the restaurant industry. The service was particularly cold, with no smiles, several mistakes on the order, and above all, a complete lack of willingness to find any solution when problems were pointed out. You feel more like you're bothering them than being a customer. As for the menu, the Italian identity that was once part of its charm now seems more like a memory than a reality. Perhaps the most surprising thing is this ability to combine a lack of consideration, a decline in quality, and a mediocre customer experience, while then wondering about the decrease in patronage. Rest assured: customers aren't spending less. They're simply still looking for what they've always wanted: a pleasant welcome, a minimum of professionalism, and quality consistent with the prices charged. A disappointing experience that mainly makes you want to spend your money elsewhere.

The Italian cuisine is truly excellent, the pizzas are delicious, and the dishes are prepared with great care. And the Nutella tiramisu… pure bliss! 😍 A real treat, I highly recommend it. A big thank you to the owner for his warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness. We felt truly welcome, and that was a real pleasure. I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant for myself, because some of the negative reviews I'd seen don't reflect my experience at all. It's not the best pizzeria I've ever tried, but the price is fair and the orders have always been ready on time. A good place if you're looking for a takeaway pizza without necessarily expecting anything exceptional.
