23/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant through social media. A very pleasant surprise! We ate there twice within a week, even though we weren't in Marseille. The food is delicious. The staff is lovely. I highly recommend it! 👌

22/08/2026: It had been a while since we'd been back to La Cantinetta, but what a pleasure it was to have lunch there again! We were seated in the lovely inner courtyard, where we could enjoy the shade and stay comfortable despite the heat. As always, the food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. La Cantinetta is certainly not the ideal place for everyday lunch. The prices are a bit high, but for a special lunch or a convivial moment, it's definitely worth a visit!

22/08/2026: The food was good quality, but the portions were tiny. The service at the entrance was disastrous: everyone was addressed informally, we had to find our own way to the table, there was no courtesy, and we were pressured to vacate the table. When you pay €100 for two, you expect a little better… The atmosphere on the patio was very good.

You can tell it's really well-prepared and flavorful. The dishes arrived quite quickly. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and the servers are efficient. I'll gladly go back...

22/08/2026: The quality-price ratio is far from the standard for defining what a pizza is! The dough is rubbery and therefore hard to digest. Are we talking about burrata on pizza? I'm just saying, don't use the name burrata in vain! Can you explain to me what you put on that hypothetical pizza? A lumpy, tasteless, and insipid little ball that has nothing to do with burrata!!! Don't damage what Italian products and specialty names are! If you're not capable of making or supplying Italian products, then keep selling your products, but don't call those things pizza, burrata, parmesan, etc., etc. Never again! Are we talking about the price??? 15 euros is the average price for a hypothetical pizza, starting from mediocre and below? I'd prefer the one at Carrefour 100 times, at least I know it's not worthy of the name pizza, but at least I paid 5 times less for what you sell! So, keep selling those products, but don't use names that are similar to ITALIAN products and specialty products!!! Don't take Italy's name in vain!

09/08/2026: Great pizzas, the main dishes are quite expensive but good, and the price is clearly displayed. However, €3.80 for a child's syrup is really too expensive. It's a shame about the 37.5cl pitcher being €15. You really need to check the menu before ordering. The owner is a bit too sweet. Stick to the basic pizzas, which are excellent.

26/08/2026: A very bad experience, even though I've been coming to this pizzeria for almost three years. On my last order, I specifically requested a four-cheese pizza. To my great surprise, it was extremely sparsely topped: instead of the expected four cheeses, I only found two. The same was true for the rest of the pizza: very little topping, to the point where you wonder what you're actually paying for. The most unpleasant aspect, however, was the attitude at the restaurant. When I pointed out the problem, the person laughed it off with another customer, even joking about only putting two cheeses on it. This is frankly inappropriate behavior when a customer is simply picking up an order they've already paid for. Another particularly unpleasant point: the box my pizza came in was completely dirty, with food stains and visible pizza remnants on top. This is definitely not what you expect to receive when you pick up a takeout order. I also noticed a €4 overcharge compared to what I should have paid. After three years of coming here, this is the first time I've been so disappointed. I really got the feeling of a pizzeria where they're very comfortable with regulars and friends, but much less welcoming to other customers. Between the four-cheese pizza that was reduced to a two-cheese pizza, the particularly meager toppings, the dirty box covered in food stains, the extra €4, and especially the mocking attitude when I pointed it out, the experience was truly unpleasant. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

15/08/2026: I bought a Nutella fougasse, but when I ate it, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover it contained cheese. 😕 I didn't like that combination. It's a shame, because I was expecting a sweet fougasse with Nutella.

05/08/2026: Generous pizzas 🍕 cooked in a wood-fired oven. Fair prices (it's a shame the website prices aren't up-to-date; they only accept cash on-site, which could have been a problem if I only had exact change). I recommend this pizzeria if you're in the La Ciotat area.

24/07/2026: Following an error by the Uber Eats delivery driver, the pizzeria handled the situation extremely professionally. I spoke with understanding, competent, responsive, and very pleasant people on the phone, and my pizza was delivered. They even left me the other pizzas! And above all, the pizza was excellent!!!! The asparagus starter was undercooked, the fish was a small fillet of sea bream served on a bed of peas and broccoli, cold as if straight from the fridge, and the dessert was simple: three tasteless strawberries drowned in industrial whipped cream. All this for €48 per person without wine.
