Whether it's the pizzas, the pasta, or the other dishes, everything is simply delicious… Not to mention the friendliness of the staff, who are always smiling and ready to chat with their customers! I'll keep coming back again and again; for an Italian far from home, it's magical.

21/02/2026: 5/5 We arrived to get takeaway pizzas and ended up eating in. The pizzas were delicious and the service was excellent. Many thanks to the waitress/manager and the chef, we had a wonderful time!

20/02/2026: We enjoyed excellent pizzas and delicious homemade desserts, including tiramisu served right at our table alongside our main course. The decor was impeccable, the restrooms welcoming, Italian music played throughout the meal, and the service was warm and friendly. Honestly, there's nothing negative to say! As a bus driver at the nearby depot, I would gladly return!

02/12/2025: For me, this is the best pizzeria in Caen! I'm not usually a big pizza fan, but this... The wood-fired oven makes all the difference. The crust is delicious, and the choice of base (tomato, cream, pesto) is fantastic. I especially loved the four-cheese and the Andria. Finish with the tiramisu; it's amazing. The staff is lovely, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it 100%!

25/02/2026: Disappointed with my takeaway pizzas. Last time, the calzone was without egg, and this time it was completely burnt. It's unacceptable to serve a customer like that! It shouldn't have been served at a table. I'm a regular customer...

The welcome was warm and you feel right at home. Everything is there for a wonderful time enjoying homemade food. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

11/01/2026: We received a very warm welcome on a weekday evening for a group of about 30 people. Seated in a private room, it was very pleasant. The pizzas and service were perfect!

11/01/2026: Having frequented La Médicis for its welcoming atmosphere and pleasant ambiance, we were truly disappointed with our visit last night. We had a reservation for 7:15 pm. We barely had time to open the menu before the waiter asked us to choose, claiming it was "an order from management." Five minutes later, our pizzas arrived, without even having time to enjoy an aperitif. The waiter's mission was clearly to clear the table as quickly as possible. It's a shame, because this waiter, whom we regularly see, is always very attentive to his customers. I think management should take a hard look at themselves.

17/11/2025: We had the bolognese and the chorizo ❤️ The bolognese was good and I like that the chorizo has a bit of spice (very little 😅) I also had red wine with the meal which made it even better 🍷🍷

17/11/2025: It would be wise to post your annual closing dates on your website. We drove half an hour today to get some chocolate from you only to find your doors closed.

09/11/2025: A warm welcome from a gentleman (probably the manager). The ice cream is good and there's a wide variety of flavors (at least in the summer). It remains open even out of season.

14/02/2026: My partner had booked the restaurant for Valentine's Day evening! Upon arrival, it turned out they had cancelled the reservation because we were 5 minutes late… Absolutely no friendliness, appalling… Avoid at all costs!

10/02/2026: Excellent pizza, the best I've ever tasted, and I'm only 26! The pizzas were generously topped and very reasonably priced; my whole family loved them.
