Note a very qualitative and quantitative children's menu, which is becoming rare! A quality/price ratio that beats the competition! 24/09/2024: Le Fournil in het kleine plaatsje Ribiers is een pareltje waar je - als je het niet kent - zomaar aan voorbij zou rijden. Al zoveel jaren kwam ik hier met mijn gezin altijd als we op vakantie waren in de Provence. De gastvrijheid van Michele, Julie en Jean-Michel is ongeëvenaard. Zelfs als er een gerecht niet op de kaart stond maakten ze het toch voor mijn zoon en noemden het dan ook meteen gekscherend Menu Sanders. Welk restaurant doet zoiets liefs? Er zijn teveel mooie en culinair hoogstaande ervaringen om op te noemen, maar één ding is zeker, bij deze lieve mensen krijg je authentiek gerechten, die voor een groot deel bereid worden in de houtgestookte oven. En dat proef je! Ik durf eerlijk te zeggen dat ik alle gerechten op de kaart meerdere malen gegeten heb en nog krijg ik er geen genoeg van. Ben je hier eenmaal geweest, dan wil je zo snel mogelijk weer terug. Afgelopen augustus mocht ik hier weer dineren met een vriend en de hartelijkheid waarmee we ontvangen werden is er een om nooit te vergeten. Natuurlijk werden we, zoals altijd eigenlijk, als laatsten het restaurant uitgeveegd, maar niet na eerst nog een dikke knuffel van deze hardwerkende, gepassioneerde lieverds. Hopelijk tot snel weer!

20/08/2024: Good food. Nice people. Pizza perfect. Risotto and pasta very good. Excellent pannacotta and tiramisu. Special white wine. Basic red.

18/08/2024: Dîner en famille pour finir les vacances. Service rapide et serveurs souriants. Les pizzas sont très bonnes, grandes et bien garnies. En dessert le tiramisu au caramel (fait maison), une dinguerie 🤤

07/09/2024: Attentive staff, but some malfunctions and shortcomings. There is a safe in the room but the battery needs to be changed, a presence detector for the light in the toilets but it stays on for no reason at night, (problem reported but not corrected), hammam broken.. .A small refrigerator with complimentary bottled water but no mini-bar. Flies everywhere. You can hear noise from other rooms...The price of parking and breakfast is very high. The setting is superb, but it is more of a 3 star than a 4 star.

06/09/2024: Perfect welcome, attentive and available staff. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Copious, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet.

28/09/2024: Deguelasse. Salade de chèvre à la poire Valeur 16euros Estimation de la valeur des ingrédients 3 euros même pas .... très déçue nous adorions ce restaurant avant son changement de propriétaire Je regrette d avoir été avec mes enfants sinon c était resto baskets 😂

21/09/2024: No more bottled water, no more draft beer (affligem). The waiter was unable to tell us what rosé wine he was serving. Fortunately the disappointments were made up for by very good dishes. The pizzas were very good as usual, the meat and dry ink pasta were also very good dishes.
