31/03/2024: I used to come to this restaurant, but I wouldn't set foot there again after what happened to me. I ordered a Vesuvio calzone and one of the people with me a regina. The waiter informs me that today the calzones will not be closed, no worries. However, when it comes to pizza, I realize I have the same pizza as the Regina, at a much higher price (with an extra egg in fact). I notified the waiter of this, his response was “ah yes indeed, you paid €6 for your egg”. Needless to say, I paid €6 more for my calzone (regina with an egg) than normal. Thank you, it was a very interesting experience!

22/11/2023: ☆ Bianca Beach 4.5 ☆ Summer vacation as a couple / end of July - beginning of August *Year 2022* Restaurant side: First year at the top, atmosphere service, cuisine and attentive staff. Especially the boss. Large menu with lots of choices of pizza, meat, salad, etc.,... Top value for money Very tasteful cocktail. Nothing to say Beach side: Do not use - RAS *Year 2023* Restaurant side: Change of atmosphere, except for the boss whom we thank again. The servers are less smiling, palpable tension surely due to a bad start to the season, ... The dishes are always delicious and the value for money is excellent. Beach side: Complicated welcome by the beach attendant manager for our part, he looked down on us, unfortunately we do not know the systems of private beaches etc,.. Brief Deckchairs at 15.- and the following lines and 17.- the first. To help with understanding, the prices displayed for deckchairs are for 1 single and not in pairs like competitors. We had decided to change the location for our deckchairs for this year when we saw that the price indicated at 15.- was cheaper than the others, unfortunately thinking that it was for the pair of deckchairs and not that 1 therefore amounts to 30. - per day for two. To end on a positive point, you can eat the catering on your deckchairs and have all the drinks served. Conclusion : We will come back next year with great pleasure, hoping to find a more cheerful and better organized team. Because for everything that is restaurant the dishes are excellent, for good value for money, but on the beach side for next time. Thanks again to the boss for his kindness over these two years and to the entire team.

12/09/2023: A first at Bianca Beach for a weekend with friends. Saturday day on the deckchairs. Perfect welcome and attentive and responsive servers to our requests. Nothing more to say except that we had a great time! So much so that we decided to spend our evening there and always the same, responsive servers despite the crowds. A very good atmosphere. On Sunday we tested the catering side... identical to the day before! Hearty and good dishes, delicious cocktails! Fast and friendly service! We ended up spending our afternoon in the same place and really had a wonderful day and wonderful weekend in this hut!! I highly recommend it!

29/03/2024: Magnificent harbor view! Fortunately because apart from pizzas, fish and vegetables as well as infamous mussels and desserts. The atmosphere is unwelcoming. The lady (manager) who constantly walks in circles around you and next to the tables: no privacy for discussion, not very welcoming and friendly. To finish, we started to eat our desserts (chocolate mousse, tart) which were not good, and the lady arrives and puts the bill on the table (without having asked for it)..Very rude.. We didn't like the place!! Where are the old days when roof was great with the old team?? !!

Customers for years, we were very disappointed to see the disappearance of the terrace with a view of the canal, the superb menu with a wide choice, top-notch table service, everything that made this ice cream parlor different from the others and of superior quality. Today it is a quick service, the fast food of ice cream like the majority of your competitors, and this to favor performance to the detriment of quality. You have become like your point of sale at Grau du Roi, without interest... What a shame, really, we won't come anymore, we'll go try the ice cream parlor next door. Edit: to follow up on your answer, of course yes, I came, I tried, and I was very disappointed like many former customers. Now your answer confirms what I thought, maximum yield and fast food ice cream company, and in case you haven't understood (which seems to me to be the case) my opinion does not does not concern the quality of your ice cream but only your new service concept...

31/03/2024: I have been a customer for over 35 years, only good ice creams and always I have a clear preference for sorbets It feels like you're eating the fruit. The pancakes and waffles are excellent and made to order. An Oscar for the Catalan special, 3boules, whipped cream galore The Catalan glacier is THE REFERENCE in Palavas Do not miss it Plus the teams are great
