11/04/2026: A place we'd never go back to. The pizza had hardly any cheese, three tiny pieces of chicken—we could barely find them. The mussels were a mere kilo; many were open but empty. In short, all of this made us decide against ordering anything else. The owner was incredibly unpleasant; I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

03/07/2026: Hello, the loyalty card is not working properly!! This is the second time I've lost my points balance on my card and despite my complaint emails, I haven't received any response!!!

27/06/2026: A lovely bakery, the products are fresh and they offer a wide variety. The staff is very friendly; I highly recommend it. A very good bakery with quality products and breakfast options. In short, go for it! And their pain au chocolat is incredible, 10/10!

22/06/2026: We arrived at the parking lot at 7:45 PM and found ourselves facing closed doors. Without any explanation. Being in the business, if they were out of bread or anything else, the least they could do is let their customers know with a note on the door 🤷🏼‍♀️ Once I finished shopping, I wanted to take a picture to prove it (obviously it was later than 7:45 PM).

16/06/2026: I am a customer of this bakery and I want to commend the staff for their dedication; they are always pleasant and professional. However, I regularly notice that one person seems to be handling many tasks simultaneously, especially at the end of the day. This can lead to wait times and gives the impression of understaffing. This feedback is in no way directed against the employees, who are doing their best, but rather to highlight a situation that seems difficult for both them and the customers.

24/06/2026: A 15-minute wait turned into a 35-minute wait, with inappropriate conversations between the employees and really bad pizzas that tasted like stale food. I don't know how my night is going to go... and they don't take credit cards... I absolutely do not recommend it.

This was because the other waiter who had spoken to us on the phone—thanks azdil—hadn't informed his colleague and hadn't even noted the reservation himself. Thanks to the waitress who wasn't at all bitter (that's sarcasm; she was awful) and to the other waiter who didn't write down our reservation.

Not to mention the completely soggy and undercooked crust. Someone with proper training would surely have done better; it's obvious this person has no qualifications to make pizzas. 06/06/2026: It used to be good for students or people struggling financially. But now it's a mess, the quality isn't there anymore, and as if that weren't enough, the prices have skyrocketed. Their buy-one-get-one-free offer has easily gone up by 5 euros. I understand inflation, but you can't take people for fools.

27/07/2026: A very bad experience, zero service. I found a hair in my sauce and asked for it to be changed. The waiter had the nerve to tell me, "It's not us, some people bring their own." This is a serious lack of professionalism. The waiter was very unpleasant, unwelcoming, and bitter, with absolutely no politeness. The service and quality of this restaurant need to be reviewed. We are regulars during the summer holidays, and half of our mussels were empty. We won't be back, especially since the people I was with were staring at because they were wearing headscarves! I will definitely not be returning.

15/07/2026: The wait was interminable. First to get the menu, then to order, and then to receive our food. Supposedly due to a staff shortage, but that's hard to accept when the table next to us, who arrived after us, was served even though we hadn't even had a chance to order... Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't worth the wait: overcooked and dry pasta on one side, and half-cooked fries with lukewarm meat on the other. I left hungry and it pained me to pay. In short, I won't be going back.

09/07/2026: A terrible experience! Only the eggplant pastries were excellent. I thought this restaurant, specializing in Italian-style homemade pizzas, would serve delicious pizzas... far from it. The pizzas were undercooked, cold, and the tomato sauce was definitely not homemade, contrary to what you'd expect from fresh tomatoes! It tasted like tomato sauce from a tube or can—bright red, thick, and sickeningly sweet! There was a long wait before we were seated, and the service was quite slow. They were out of house wine! And our order of wine by the glass (€4.90 a glass, without specifying which wine) took ages to arrive. If we hadn't gone to get it, we might have received it with dessert! We didn't even ask for the bread. The staff is friendly, but overwhelmed, and not a word of explanation or apology for the long wait and minor issues. And, as is common, an overworked server doesn't even look at the customers for fear of being called out! A bad experience for us, but it's very busy! That means the majority of customers are satisfied. Will we go back? Not at all sure!
