They're delicious and were piping hot when we picked them up, even though it was about a 7-minute drive home. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and my partner, who's a pizza lover, was also very satisfied, so go for it! 😂 The homemade hot sauce was also very good! Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend these pizzas and this pizzeria, and we'll gladly come back even though we're not from Béziers. 😊 Thanks to the pizza maker who was lovely, gave us a very warm welcome, and offered us a homemade tiramisu as a treat—also delicious! It's made me love tiramisu again! 🤤 See you soon! 😊

22/08/2026: We arrived at 1:30 pm just as he was closing. There were two of us. Thierry greeted us with a big smile. We ordered a tarte flambée and a pizza, both of which were excellent. Being from Alsace, Thierry offers specialties from his region, a welcome change from traditional pizzas. It was a wonderful discovery, and we can't wait to go back. You can go without hesitation; we highly recommend it. The food lives up to the warm welcome.

13/08/2026: We got takeaway pizzas tonight as we were just passing through. They were very good, but none of them matched our order, so we left… We got an eggplant pizza instead of a four-cheese one, and a chorizo ​​pizza instead of the pistachio one (which was more expensive). It's a real shame, and the last one was just a simple tomato and mozzarella pizza instead of the lemony one. A bit disappointed. But they were still very good!

12/09/2026: We booked this restaurant on TheFork and were more than surprised. I ate the best pizza of my life, by far. All the flavors were there. The service was pleasant, and it's a very nice restaurant, less than a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The prices are more than affordable. I recommend this place 100%.

For our meal, I had the foie gras pizza, which was absolutely delicious and generously topped. My partner had a veal escalope, and it was perfect for us. 19/07/2026: I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. I've been going to this bar since it opened because the cocktails are excellent. After a year without going, I decided to return. We waited over 30 minutes before telling the waitress it would be nice to take our order. Then we waited another 20 minutes before being served. The cocktails arrived, the presentation was lacking, and the cocktails themselves were beyond bad. I think even I could make better, and I'm not a professional. When I asked if the staff had changed, they replied, "Yes, why?" I explained that the cocktails weren't good (they were non-alcoholic). I emphasized this because there's nothing complicated about making a non-alcoholic cocktail. The person who made the cocktails didn't even admit that they were the ones who made them and that they weren't good. Paying quite a lot for something that was basically just Pulco is a shame. I think the training of servers and bartenders needs to be reviewed, especially in cocktail bars. After 5-6 years at Nectar, I can tell you I'll never go back for a drink because, unfortunately, the current staff is incompetent.
