To my surprise, today, 11/14, at 4:58 p.m., a young waitress with long, well-groomed hair and good makeup, came directly next to my table and aggressively and arrogantly planted a small board on the table written that, from 7 p.m. the said table was reserved and you had to go out. The lady there who had just returned her cup to the bar, got up slowly and delicately, collected her basket and her cell phone and left. It turns out that this lady is a lawyer at the Montpellier Court of Appeal, recognized and respected. She frequented the place discreetly. I have crossed paths many times. Very unfortunate for the image of La Panacée this kind of gratuitous aggression on the part of a waitress and in ignorance concerning her customers. Besides, all customers deserve respect.

This unacceptable behavior is contrary to the principles of respect and equality. She plans to file a complaint for discrimination. Avoid if you value a dignified and respectful welcome. 14/09/2024: One of my favorite places for lunch in Montpellier. Located inside (also with a small secluded outdoor patio) an antiques/collectible shop, the menu changes frequently with delicious plates and desserts. Prices are under 20 euro. Today I had Salmon Teriyaki with saffron rice and also shopped afterwards! Make reservations easily online and you won’t be disappointed.

16/09/2024: Très décevant . Des pizzas ou les morceaux de fromages ne sont même pas fondus. Je m'interroge encore i la pâte n'était pas congelé. Dommage pour une quatre fromages. Des pâtes à la buffala qui n'en est pas (mozzarella) a 19 balles ça pique. L'équipe est au petit soin c'est déjà ça. Je sais que les loyers dans le centre sont cher mais a 120€ pour 5 sans dessert car a voir la qualité on a préféré sans passé. A éviter
