12/05/2024: We ate pizza on the terrace on Friday May 10. The location of the restaurant is nice.
The taste of the pizzas was not bad.
However, I put a point because the pizzas (both pizzas) were a little cold (2-3 minutes of cooking time were missing) and the dessert (Liège coffee for us) very bland, the ice cream did not have much flavor and there were some sort of ice cubes in the water (I don't confuse them with the chocolate cups)... and above all I put 1 point because we were both sick in the hours following our meal (severe indegistion with all the consequences).
As for the staff: the service was very fast, the pizzas were served within 5 minutes of ordering (as I already said, it's a shame that the pizzas were almost cold), but our waitress did not deign to address us in any way. smile... she didn't smile at anyone else.
We noticed that on the terrace there were "Tilted" tables (because of the ground itself), the staff absolutely wanted to seat guests in these uncomfortable seats, even if other tables were free. Several customers left having "tested"... There was a group of six people, the staff did not want to arrange the tables to accommodate them.
Finally, I am taking the time to make all these remarks in the hope that they do not remain a dead letter and that managers will implement improvement actions.

11/05/2024: L'Etna was an institution in Pau with family cuisine and smiling staff. My wife and I returned there after several years.
The service was fast at the start of the evening. The pizzas were OK although without much flavor and served without accompaniments. Ditto for dessert – a Liège café made from obviously industrial ice cream. We could have concluded that Etna had become a correct address, nothing more, if we had not both subsequently had the unpleasant experience of complicated digestion. In conclusion: avoid.

20/01/2024: Discovered via the anti-waste application, never disappointed, and just for the anti-waste effort I give 5 stars! Simple and effective, good pizzas that warm you up after a good day!
16/01/2024: A manager who looks at you as if you were a scientific experiment, a “tuna” pizza with generally only cheese, a few pieces fighting among themselves and €20 per pizza

29/03/2024: Excellent pizzas prepared by a very nice Italian-Brazilian couple. The ingredients are cooked before being put on the pizza and not just placed raw to go directly into the oven, like the others do most of the time, and you can feel the difference. Every time I want pizza, I go to them. I highly recommend !

06/04/2024: After having lunch in a group at this restaurant (so as a customer), I came on a Saturday evening to take away a dish other than a pizza (although the other dishes were not very good): Deplorable welcome by the girl from the boss in an empty restaurant (on a Saturday evening only one table occupied): no commercial sense or kindness: dry and curt responses, even insolent and ill-mannered, to a simple question: "if you don't take your meals away, can I give you a container? » like other restaurateurs who had the intelligence to accept after negotiation and who were not shocked by this proposal...
FYI: in many other pizzerias nearby you can take everything away and you are well received!
And I hesitated before coming back since the summer… following a humiliating welcome from the very aggressive boss, who shouted: “we are full!!!” if we dare to sit on his empty terrace... His responses to the comments here are proof: no excuses... and what's more, he invites you to come and talk with him: the height of it!
So: customers are there to eat, shut up and pay and then only give positive comments. Otherwise he rushes to say that it's all lies because he can't stand the Truth. And when he tries to make it disappear and we maintain the comment, he thinks it’s relentlessness. Read the negative comments carefully which are identical to mine…
In addition, he manipulates his friends and customers into posting a positive comment to counter mine. Everyone did it at the same time: in a single file...probably at the table together, and he thanks them by greeting them, supposedly... This manipulation is prohibited in the regulations of G... Moreover, the other restaurateurs do not seem to be particularly inclined to appreciate it, for various reasons, including closing at 9 p.m. subject to ridicule among them… (and I laugh with them)… but not the young customers who can no longer add another pizza ONE minute after 9 p.m. while They are already seated for dinner because they are told: “the kitchen is closed!” A shame…

11/03/2024: You should already know that the best jam in the world is sold here, yes it had a price and it really is a killer!
I ate various sweet cakes with juice one afternoon, it was a treat! It made me want to go and taste these savory dishes for lunch which were really delicious, seasonal and local! The manager is amazing, the place is cozy with soft music, I recommend 100%! 😁
