10/07/2026: One of only 2 vegan restaurants in Pau. Nice relaxing atmosphere. The starter was interesting raw veg, hummus and strawberries. The tabbule main had quinoa,peaches and tiny little cubes of tofu. Really tasty. Had a walnut cake for dessert. Beautiful. Highly recommended if you don't like eating where dead animals are served.

04/07/2026: I don't come often... But whenever I can choose a restaurant, it's Grignote! We love its discreet location, the lovely natural decor, and Eva's friendly and discreet service. The dishes are as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate, and the unique monthly menu is always a hit! I'm a big fan of the "open-faced sandwiches of the moment" in every season, and I'm never disappointed, always delighted! And you can go for the desserts without hesitation; they're all to die for! So yes, it won't suit every palate... Forget superficial flavors and excessive sugar. Here, it's about rediscovering more natural food, without unnecessary flavor enhancers, and vegan to boot. It's not easy to achieve, and yet, Grignote does it brilliantly with seasonal ingredients! So, for those who enjoy culinary innovation, simplicity, and a warm, Nordic atmosphere, I highly recommend it! In any case, we'll be back, and more than once!

13/05/2026: We hadn't booked, but they found us a table. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was not only excellent but very generous. A very pleasant experience, thank you! And most importantly, we'll be back, since unlike some other places, we're lucky enough to be from here.

26/06/2026: The place used to make amazing open calzones, but now there's a new owner, a new recipe, and goodbye to the ham, egg, mushrooms, and black olives (though I don't think the price has changed)... Sorry, but your new recipe isn't to my liking. For regular customers, the recipes have changed, so be sure to check the ingredient list of your usual pizza before ordering.

If you’re looking for a good, reliable, reasonably priced, family-friendly restaurant in Biarritz, this is one of our top recommendations. The pizza is consistently delicious and offers great value for families. Our children love the bunny-shaped kids’ cheese pizza and the spaghetti bolognese. The menu has plenty of options for both adults and children, and the service is fast and friendly, making it an excellent choice when dining with kids. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach. The casual and relaxed atmosphere means parents can enjoy an stress-free lunch or dinner without changing after the beach. The ingredients were of very high quality. There are some restaurants where you simply can't find fault, and Da Ennio is one of them. I highly recommend it!

29/06/2026: The mussels in cream sauce were not fresh, they were like mush, overcooked, the sauce was bad, the parsley was roughly chopped, and the fries were frozen. Not great for a restaurant near the port, but the young waiters were very welcoming and friendly. We do not recommend it, especially after seeing other restaurants that look much more appealing. First and last time.
