23/09/2024: Une belle découverte Le plus, restaurant tranquille sur Annecy, pas trop dans la foule ce qui est agréable. Les serveurs très très sympathiques et aux petits soins. Nous avions pris une boulette de riz en entrée à partager puis une pizza. Très bon produit, frais, bien cuisiné. Un vrai restaurant italien à faire.. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir

Returning this July was no exception: the restaurant continues to deliver beautifully cooked dishes, with particularly good desserts. I hope they continue to enjoy many more years of success.

08/06/2024: Les pizzas sont tout simplement à tomber par terre, avec des ingrédients frais et savoureux qui ravissent les papilles à chaque bouchée. Mais au-delà de la qualité de leurs pizzas, c’est l’accueil chaleureux et convivial qui fait toute la différence. L’équipe est incroyablement accueillante et toujours prête à échanger avec les clients, créant une ambiance amicale et agréable. 10/12/2024: I have known La Cabalesta since it opened and everything was perfect: Decor, atmosphere, staff and its charming owner, the family dishes, the quality of the products, the excellent pizzas... In short, flawless. Since its change of ownership at the end of 2018, the room has been massacred in terms of decoration and layout and the restaurant has lost its soul. Today at noon we were at our table of 4 in a cold and empty restaurant room. The dish common to all four (Milanese escalope) was OK but the pasta was rationed and barely hot and with a tomato sauce that lost flavor. 3 chocolate fondants which were not very melty but correct. A poor gourmet coffee and above all with a spoiled crème brûlée with a bitter and rancid taste. This crème brûlée was sent back to the kitchen. Never saw the waitress again, although she wasn't very busy since there were only four of us?! At the time of payment, the boss I think came to the cash register. No words of apology for the spoiled crème brûlée, no commercial gesture and even a haughty attitude. In short, it was the last time for me at La Cabalesta and nothing worth stopping there anymore.

23/11/2024: The setting is very pleasant. The restaurant manager and his entire team are very pleasant, smiling and professional. The dishes are tasty and homemade, a delight. There is something for everyone, vegetarians are also welcome. A delicate experience to recommend for lunch during the week.

01/09/2024: Tranquillité, authenticité, et gourmandise sont les maîtres mots dans ce joli petit coin d’Italie ! J’ai pu déguster un plat de pâtes cuites al dente, dans le respect de la tradition, au coin du four à bois qui parfume et embaume les lieux. Ceci avec un rapport qualité prix rare. Magnifique !

01/09/2024: A very nice place, Italian family ran to find a little corner of Italia in Lyon’s nearby! The atmosphere is charming and the service thoroughly friendly. An old original wood operated oven stands with its fire place lightening the restaurant. I definitely recommend !!
