08/09/2024: Nous sommes allés pour un petit goûter dimanche à 6 . A peine bonjour en arrivant , commande 20 minutes plus tard , 30 minutes pour avoir 5 crêpes ( crêpes cassantes ) et pas servie en même temps . nous demandons des couverts et nous avons eux l’impressions de déranger. Et biensur nous nous somme lever pour avoir l addition Bref je ne sais pas s’il sont en manque de staff mais ces a peine un attrape touristes A fuir si vous souhaite passé un bon moment

31/08/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my first and last order at Côté Sushi. The gyozas were very hard, very dry, probably overcooked, so really not good at all. As for the sushi, the fishy taste was so strong that I couldn't even eat it and had to leave it aside. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I love sushi. Additionally, there were no chopsticks, wasabi or ginger in my order. Unlike other restaurants who always provide these items without charging for them. I had already heard negative reviews about this restaurant, and this experience confirms that their products are not up to par. I will definitely not recommend them again. 25€ lost!

07/08/2024: This family restaurant welcomes us with all Asian friendliness and serves us succulent dishes at very reasonable prices. We have been going there for several years during our holidays, always with the same satisfaction.

04/08/2024: Perfection! The best Japanese on the Coast, extremely fresh products prepared with the care that characterizes true Japanese cuisine. Beautiful à la carte culinary offerings that you won't find elsewhere: beyond the sushi which are divine. If you are a fan of real Japanese cuisine or if you want to discover it, this restaurant is for you.

27/06/2024: We had the chance to discover the chef's cuisine through the Omakase menu which leaves us with sweet memories... The service was impeccable, and the dishes followed one after the other in a ballet of flavors reminiscent of authenticity and Japanese know-how. Special mention for the fried oyster on its exceptional tartar sauce, as well as for the blue crab sushi (a magnificent discovery!), and finally the poached egg with sea urchin tongue and salmon roe which burst into mouthfeel and give the dish a tremendous iodized power. Without forgetting the candied eggplant that melts on the tongue enhanced by dried bonito flakes (the famous katsuobushi), which give the whole thing an incredible umami note. Thank you again for this delicious experience. It was a real trip, we were enchanted.

12/09/2024: Me and my wife were sick in bed for an entire day with food poisoning after eating their poke bowl, we each had different bowls but both got sick. Their food was the only food we had eaten that day. An hour after eating, we both felt ill and had sudden severe vomiting. The rice didn’t taste fresh and neither did the fish. We lost an entire day to our honeymoon. Be careful

08/09/2024: Very disappointed with my experience... despite being more than 20 minutes late on my take-out order, the waiter was rather pleasant and offered me a commercial gesture, I thank him for that. However, it's the sushi that gave me the biggest problem... they're just not good... I hope I don't get sick tomorrow...

16/06/2024: Best sushi restaurant in Menton, absolutely love “sushi saumon fume and thon”. The only thing they lack is service, they are very kind and all, but it takes them way too long on service, sometimes you can wait 10 minutes for a menu and even more just to order. Also I am very shocked that they allow dogs inside the kitchen, absolutely not acceptable. Disregarding all that I’ve said before, it is indeed the best sushi restaurant in Menton, but I recommend to take out rather than to dine in.

12/05/2024: The sushi is good, however the delivery service is extremely long and this happens every time we order, so this is not an isolated incident. Waiting at least 1h30 kills the desire to recommend… too bad

19/08/2024: We have become regulars! Very good sushi, top quality and quantity. The only downside is that the waiting time is sometimes too long for delivery.

06/08/2024: I tried the Ramen Detox and a peach-flavored iced te. The udon soup had a light and comforting broth, with perfectly cooked mushrooms and vegetables. The tofu, shrimp, and udon noodles had excellent textures, and the dumplings were nice. The service was also lovely, with a very kind and friendly waitress. I recommend going during lunch hours because you get a drink with your meal. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal.

22/08/2024: I put one star because I can't give zero stars I always order delivery, and each time there is something missing in the delivery, for example wasabi or candied ginger, and when you call back you are told that it was you who said no..... and that's up to you. the same every time. the tempura shrimp are so burnt that they are inedible. I'm not talking to you about the abnormally long delivery times, they don't respect what they say on the phone I am disappointed by this situation and due to all these problems, the management never does a kindness when ordering again. I do not recommend be careful to repeat your order several times to be sure, and despite this I was fooled several times...

13/09/2024: Great restaurant, the dishes are varied, the quantity is more than sufficient, it's quite close to the village, and it's only 10 minutes to wait per menu, however I find that the sushi platter remains expensive and it is difficult to park nearby. Otherwise I strongly recommend that you taste the specialties of this restaurant

25/05/2024: The best sushi on the French Riviera by far!!!! Generous portion, fresh fish, as well as everything else. Warm and very friendly welcome. It's nice to see that there are still traders who love their job. I come from Antibes to Valbonne just for them. I recommend.
