OMG, cold ramen!!!
A logical (and yeah, that's what you should order at 40° - duh) and gustatory (absolute delight) revelation.
Since then, I've only had one idea in mind: to go back and order several portions, just for me.

Homemade ramen, delicate broth, beautiful Japanese dishes. Simplicity but also a warm and smiling welcome. There's a bit of a wait, it's true, but I really liked this place. Staff attentive to food allergies.

12/12/2024: We made an order takeaway, worst sushi I have ever eaten. The rice was hard and felt like stayed out for days. Plus they forgot one of the meals. So sad because this was one of the best in the past but now it’s a catastrophe.
29/11/2024: I had lunch there at midday, quick service; warm welcome. I had a salmon boke bowl, a beautiful presentation and which was very good. I'm taking one star off for the coffee which wasn't great and is a little expensive for the quality...

Smiling staff who are quick to listen and the sushi is well made.

Most of the pieces were very poorly written and without any kind of zeal or presentation. Two of the rolls were also uncut, I almost had to eat them as if they were a hot dog. The quality and freshness of the products also leaves a lot to be desired.

07/09/2024: Good restaurant, be careful from the outside it may seem closed but it is open.
The dishes are quite good, the barbecue nice.
The meats are really carpaccio but it was sufficient in terms of quantity.
On the other hand, a little light on the quantities of accompaniments.
I will definitely come back.
