When it's raining, treat yourself and delivery is free too.
26/01/2026: I was very disappointed with the restaurant. There was an order error, and the dishes didn't look like the pictures on the menu. I ordered ramen with undercooked pork that was pink, and the egg had no flavor. The service was provided by a robot and a waitress who didn't smile, which made me not want to go back. One of the dishes was listed as containing onions, but mine didn't have any. If you order an appetizer and a main course, they serve them at the same time, which gives the main course time to cool down. The meat didn't seem fresh but rather rehydrated, which wasn't good. The Furai Don had overly large, tasteless pieces of chicken and huge chunks of fat, while the Tonkotsu ramen had pink, undercooked pork, a flavorless broth, and a tasteless egg, not to mention the vegetables. I was very disappointed with the restaurant; I wanted to have a good time with a good meal, and I don't recommend going there.

06/12/2025: Pleasant welcome, quick service, very good food, I recommend it.
However, be careful not to act like children with the menu like we did... I should point out that the menus are categorized as MD1, MD2, MY5, and others. We had a laugh playing "Drop Your Sea" and got confused about which dishes to order 🤣 A little tip: bring a sticky note when you're eating with 5 or 6 people, otherwise it'll be chaos 🤣

06/12/2025: I didn't know about this place and I'm pleasantly surprised! You can eat your fill for around €30 per person. The place is clean. Personally, I really like the decor. And to top it all off, the chef, who also serves, is friendly and smiling! ❤️ I highly recommend it! We'll be back!

The ambiance of the restaurant is calm and relaxing, providing an ideal setting to savor this gastronomic experience. The decoration, for its part, invites you to travel, with a refined aesthetic that subtly recalls the elegance of Japan. At Hinoki, everything is designed so that every detail contributes to immersion in this delicate and refined universe.
The chef happily shares his knowledge on how to prepare fish or even real wasabi. These exchanges enrich the experience and add an educational dimension to this culinary immersion.

15/08/2024: Exceptional dinner, the quality of the dishes is extraordinary, and this includes not only the fish (which is of a great variety) but also the Wasabi, exquisite, brought and selected directly from Japan, the rice of exceptional finesse, the teas, sakes... The setting is magnificent, the superb welcome by Mr Xavier Pensec, his Japanese wife, the young person who participated in the service in perfect symbiosis with the spirit of the restaurant, all associated with valuable information historical and geographical information about Japan. The (very rare) people who have in the past criticized the high price of the menu surely have no idea of the work carried out upstream to find on their plates fish meticulously selected with passion, of impeccable freshness, and the years of experience to acquire such mastery in the preparation of sushi. Certainly a restaurant deserving not one but three stars for sushi as well as for rice, teas and Japanese alcohols...

Les ramen traditionnels sont délicieux et copieux.
Les ramen sont fait sur place !

16/06/2024: La réservation est compliqué mais on comprend tout de suite pourquoi! L’accueil est chaleureux et le restaurant nous transporte au Japon. Les plats sont excellents, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
