01/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Le Bistrot des Halles is definitely worth a visit. The menu is small, which is a good sign: fresh, high-quality ingredients, expertly prepared. I chose the fish, and it was absolutely delicious! The beers are also very good. 🍺 We also loved the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant and bar, with a special mention for the restrooms, which are quite unique 😄 The restaurant is rather small, so I highly recommend making a reservation. It would be a real shame to miss it: the food is excellent, and you're guaranteed a great time. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!

31/07/2026: We went for dinner and it was very good! We ended up very full paying €20 per person. The eggplant pinxo is highly recommended!

30/06/2026: Lukewarm rice, fish not very fresh (strong smell and taste). The waiter tried to charge me for a Coke I didn't drink... expensive for the quality.

27/06/2026: Second visit. The first time: okay. The second time, very disappointed. The entrance door scrapes the floor, creating a very unpleasant noise throughout the meal, and everyone in the dining room was complaining. We sat down at the same time as two other tables and had to wait an interminable amount of time before the waiter took our order; in fact, the other two tables had already been served. The restaurant has a large takeaway business, and that's clearly their priority, so dine-in service comes second. The restaurant is air-conditioned, but you barely notice it. And finally, it's definitely not cheap for what you get. For example, a tuna bowl cost €18 for 5 or 6 slices of tuna, an avocado, and rice... In short, this will be my second and last time. There are better and much cheaper options in the city center.

01/05/2026: I loved it! The sushi is made fresh to order, which makes all the difference. The owner is very welcoming and helpful: at first I didn't want any sauce, but she convinced me and I don't regret it at all, it was delicious and beautifully presented. The ingredients seem to be of very high quality. I highly recommend it!

11/09/2026: A cozy and quiet place, however the food isn't amazing, especially if you're familiar with the sushi in Labège. Nice for a lunch break with colleagues or friends.

02/09/2026: I've been eating at this restaurant regularly for 15 years. The menu is extensive and quite varied; you can find more than just sushi. The green tea and red beans are excellent. However, the Matsuri menu is €17.50! That's way too expensive for lunch!

26/09/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant for sushi and manga fans. The atmosphere is incredible, the ambiance is great, and the servers are very friendly. If you have any allergies, you can let them know your dietary restrictions; they are very attentive and will do their best to adapt your meal.

26/09/2026: The decor is just amazing! 😍 You can eat right away as soon as you sit down, which is really great. The stir-fried udon noodles with shrimp and beef are absolutely delicious! I really loved it, I highly recommend it! ❤️
