27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.

06/05/2026: I called at 6:30 PM to order for 8 PM to avoid any hassle. When I arrived at the restaurant, my order hadn't been placed. I had to wait another 20 minutes, the staff was slow, and the food was dry.
I really enjoyed this restaurant; it's a shame.

04/05/2026: I've rarely been so disappointed by an Asian restaurant! The sauces are so watered down they have no flavor whatsoever. Mushrooms in the caramel chicken? I've never seen that before. If you don't like mushrooms and the caramel sauce is bland, it just ends up being a watery mushroom-flavored sauce... There won't be a second time.
11/02/2026: Disappointed by a restaurant we used to go to regularly, a major failure in terms of service with a dish that was expected for a long time and never arrived, a gesture of goodwill was made, but...

As loyal customers for years, we would love for HINODE to reopen.
The whole team and the owner were very attentive and respectful to customers.
We miss it now!!!

The restaurant has been closed for months, but the fish are still in an aquarium with stagnant water!!
Come and give them fresh water, feed them, and clean the aquarium!! IT'S EXTREMELY URGENT!!!!

06/09/2024: We tasted the yakitori beef and cheese (top), the gyuniku curry (excellent) and the banofee soufflé (nice frozen twist), the portions are very generous.
Tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, we loved it and will come back with great pleasure.
I recommend this restaurant +++
09/08/2024: It's one of our favorite restaurants in Toulouse. The staff are really lovely and very welcoming. We go there regularly. The products are really quality and if you are vegetarian, there is something to do. I recommend 100%!!

It's mechanical, their goal is to go quickly even if it means asking us 3 times if we're finished before having finished the plate. Too bad it’s a nice location but you don’t feel good there and the noise is deafening.
