30/03/2024: What a truly spectacular restaurant! Everything was positively excellent and some of the best Japanese food I’ve had. The waitress was really friendly and helpful, her recommendations were spot on. She helped us to choose the most delicious dishes, the sushi foie gras and the monkfish were just sensational. All the food was so fresh with such a delicate balance of flavour, it was such a pleasure to eat here. It’s no surprise it’s in the Michelin Guide. I can’t recommend it enough!! The restaurant is quite small so I recommend booking at least a day ahead.

24/03/2024: The design of the menu is too rigid: there could be a single menu with several choices per dish... And the room is a little noisy... But it's very good and the cuisine is a spectacle!

19/03/2024: Japanese ambient music, sober and distinguished decor, smiling staff, a menu offering various menus where all customers will find what they are looking for... a small welcoming restaurant... and above all a completely entertaining culinary show... The chef, seated in the middle of 2 tables of 6 people each, twirls knife, spatula and fork with 2 skewers. The ingredients (shrimp, salmon, scallops, vegetables) turn, sauté, grill, flambé and land on your plate covered in sauce and seasoned. The cuisine is light and healthy, accompanied by a bowl of rice and a tofu pâté. To wait for the chef to arrive at your table, you are served a bowl of miso soup and 2 sushis. For dessert, flambéed bananas, ice cream or lychees. A change of scenery guaranteed... To try !

04/04/2024: I took fish fritters...except that I found 3 vegetable fritters which replaced 3 fish fritters without this being indicated on their menu. The shares are considerably reduced. Less tofu in miso soup. Less rice less fish..... For the same price. Damage. I went there regularly. I don't think I'll go back.... it still smells a bit of a scam.

02/04/2024: It's been a while since I've tasted a Japanese restaurant run by locals. The owner is very friendly and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended. The food was good and talking in different languages ​​was really nice.

05/04/2024: It is a small coffee shop that offers delicious handmade biscuits. The cold brew coffee is a little weak but mellow. The owner is kind and friendly.

03/03/2024: As an excellent location in the middle of the center, everything is walkable, you do not need a car at all It is a very spacious furnished apartment But the service is zero out of 10 (there is no room cleaning service + no laundry + they do not provide water). Everything you ask for, they say is not available. The breakfast is very bad, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life There are no options (eggs + ham + cheese + corn flakes). They just repeat it every day, and if you come late, the eggs are full. The last day we discovered that corn flakes contain worms, meaning small worms The entrance to the hotel is narrow and the airliner only takes one person 😂😂😂😂 Upgrade the bag first then you hahahaha I will not repeat the experience at all, and frankly, I will not repeat the whole Chamonix experience I sat there for 3 days

29/03/2024: Everything is perfect ! Takeaway meal, the service is very fast and it's delicious. I had a beef Yakisoba, seasoned just right, perfectly cooked and tasted divine 😍. With a chocolate hazelnut dorayaki as a perfect dessert to finish. Welcome with a smile, sense of service, thank you for your kindness and for the bag to bring back my meal by motorbike 🙂. For a first, I am won over! I will come back with great pleasure for another lunch!

20/03/2024: Fan of Korean series, you probably know the famous bibimbap by name. So to savor it, go to Kotokoto😉 It’s a pure delight. The service is perfect and I can't wait to go back to taste the other dishes offered.

01/04/2024: Some of these dishes were really excellent - eg the mushroom/ the shrimp/ the squid/ the cod/ chicken ; while a couple ( we had 10 between us) were disappointing eg the beef spring rolls ( tasteless mince filling) and the “ bacon and egg bao buns ( excellent bun , filling tough). Great atmosphere, staff excellent. Will definitely be back and now we know what to order!

20/03/2024: The restaurant is very clean and the food is delicious. I have rarely seen sushi so inexpensive and so good! The staff is adorable and the products are fresh and homemade, how can we not recommend this establishment!
