17/09/2026: A truly unmissable address in Béziers and the surrounding area We would gladly give 10 out of 5 stars, as the cuisine, the welcome, and the service at Le Chameau Ivre have delighted us for years. Precise, sincere, and original cuisine featuring beautiful, carefully selected, seasonal products, elevated in dishes regularly reinvented by the chef and his team. An exceptional wine list that will delight all tastes, budgets, and the most discerning palates, thanks to the expert advice of the team. Impeccable and warm service that makes us feel a little more at home with each meal. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team for these wonderful moments of gastronomy and life!
