18/09/2024: So many changes and what a disappointment. We go there very often and appreciate both the welcome and the food. Today, no more small hot and scented napkins before eating the meal, evening formula reduced to 3 orders, sautéed squid which is no longer sautéed or decorated with a sauce, recurring and oppressive passages to pick up our plates while we we haven't finished, changes of servers (before it must have been young students who were smiling and very pleasant)... In short, big disappointment, the last one for us this evening of fireworks

05/05/2024: Order placed around 9:30-45 p.m., order with hot products including chicken katsu and chicken gyosa. The lady at the counter asks us if we want them hot to which we answer yes. Once we got home everything was cold and we were able to put it all back in the microwave, nice for an order of €48.

16/04/2024: We already expected great food here, but the services and behaviour of people there was great and beyond our expectations. We felt warmly welcomed and being taken care of. Thank you. We will be back for sure.

08/09/2024: Restaurant to avoid We had booked for a group of 6 people, which did not prevent us from waiting 10-15 minutes before being seated. 1st order of several dishes placed at 9:30 p.m., 1 dish arrived at 10:45 p.m. then the rest dribbled every 15-20 minutes. When pointed out, the staff does not hesitate to accuse a table of customers of eating too much, explaining this delay of 1 hour 15 minutes. Very unpleasant staff, especially the manager (or the one who runs the cash register), who finds it normal that the customer pays 32€ for his menu to wait 1 hour for an order where there is not 1/4 of what is requested. Positive point for the waitress with glasses who was very friendly and attentive (sorry I don't know her name) Anyway, arrived at 9:30 p.m., left at 12 a.m. We should consider recruiting more cooks or refusing reservations if the restaurant is not able to accommodate them. I also recommend training in sympathy, if I had wanted to eat while being yelled at I would have chosen a military canteen and not Paradis 221.

07/09/2024: TO RUN!! More than 40 minutes of waiting to get a table even though we had a RESERVATION. 1 additional hour of waiting to start the order, the dishes arrive slowly with at least 25 minutes of waiting between each course (example: a platter of 8 sushi every half hour so there are 8 of us or one sushi per person)

19/08/2024: Order this evening... The salad is bland, and what can we say about the miso soup and its 3 small pieces of seaweed... So pale that it looks like broth. The skewers smell reheated and are grossly overcooked. Same for rice, reheated and overcooked. The gyozas are soft, reheated... The tempuras are good, good fried, but at the same time fortunately frozen. Our order for cutlery (chopsticks) was not honored. Frankly, given the price, run away. The sashimi didn't seem too bad, but we'll see tomorrow I guess.

04/05/2024: The decor is not very pretty, not a cat in the restaurant, it's scary at first glance I still ordered and very disappointed everything is bland even the miso soup the rice too vinegary
