10/05/2024: Visiting the orangery today (05/10/24) after visiting the castle. Crowd and heat are there. Lots of people at the checkout, lack of organization. 1 man, probably a manager, who gets angry with an employee who doesn't understand what he's asking her because he doesn't even take the trouble to explain it to her. Also rude to customers. When cashing out it's barely better. I ask for a flavor of ice cream (strawberry) which they no longer have, Volvic strawberry which they also no longer have and require me to pay by credit card while refusing my payment in cash. Only flavor commands a passion ice cream. And received a mango flavor!
In short, today to avoid! Only the superbly decorated room is worth a look

30/10/2023: To flee ! Overpriced !!! The service takes forever. The products offered on the menu are no longer all available. But it’s not announced!!! The waitress tells us that there is no longer what we want but without apologizing when she could have announced it as soon as we arrived.
The dish taken out of spite is too much
Dirty ! We send it back to the kitchen. At €36 there is only a mini piece of fish and 2 vegetables. No commercial gesture made!
The quality is not there. The meal lasted for hours and the quality was more than mediocre. Arrived at 12:30 p.m. left at 3 p.m.!!!!!!!!!Really go your way!

16/03/2024: I went there and the saleswoman almost wanted to get rid of the customer with her “THAT WILL BE ALL” several times. If the goal is to sell products to customers, with this saleswoman it's stealing. I asked him for a menu, listening to him I would be without my drink. I asked him for two baguettes, his colleagues asked for cooking, with this person nothing. The string to eat on site seemed smaller to me than the one to import. I will come back yes but if I can avoid this saleswoman I will happily avoid her.

04/04/2024: Excellent meal at Soan’s! We started with a plate of spring rolls for the aperitif, with a red wine which was very well recommended. Then a burger and one of their famous trays. The meat is of very high quality, everything is homemade. The service and hygiene are impeccable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We had a great time and highly recommend it!!
