01/04/2024: A must-see place in the Roanne region, particularly known for frog dishes and small fries. Still an emblematic place but which enjoys a faded reputation. Today prices have skyrocketed, quantities have fallen by a good third, and quality has just slipped! We ate there yesterday for lunch, Sunday March 31st. On a table of 6 people, 4 today are sick with the same symptoms of food poisoning. The common dish of the 4 people: frogs. Could there be a problem with cooking oil or the freshness of the frogs? In short, for the Easter weekend, we are all on a forced diet. We don't thank you for the stomach pains. In short, after so many years of attending special occasions, we had heard that since the multiple buyouts and changes of owners the place was no longer the same. We have been informed. It’s a shame, a page is turning.
31/03/2024: Reservation for 6 with a stroller (4 month old baby). We were placed under the pergola, outside temperature 12°C...
Frying too big, not always emptied therefore bitter and reheated therefore soft.
After a first experience with an inedible tartare (extremely tough meat and terrible seasoning) a few months earlier.
I will not come back.

30/04/2024: A warm welcome from Max and his team. Refined cuisine and impeccable service. In short, all the ingredients for a very pleasant, cozy moment. And to finish, a whiskey tasting in front of the wall of 200 whiskeys on offer. I recommend.
28/04/2024: We never tire! As always, we return from the Little Prince with a smile on our faces! The welcome is very good, the staff very pleasant, and the dishes remarkable: from the sweet treats to the dessert (excellent on the fruit theme), everything is really refined. Thanks to Max and his entire team.

30/03/2024: Warm welcome, dynamic and friendly team. Succulent and quality burgers, a gourmet coffee to finish the meal.
The latter however disappointed us, the financier had surely been in the fridge for too long, it was too dry and therefore not up to par with the rest of the meal.
Luckily the cotton candy ice cream was delicious.

27/03/2024: Great discovery in Saint Étienne… Probably the best pizza in town having tried other Italian restaurants… The service is efficient, the waiters pleasant, as for the pizza 🍕 the dough is very correct, the quality ingredients and the taste on fire 🔥 of wood are an essential point... Very good value for money, the egg supplement perfectly executed as I like... I will come back without any worries soon! I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a real Neapolitan pizza… The little touch with the Limocello offered by the house, very nice!
25/03/2024: We absolutely loved this place! Pizzas are of great quality: nice variety to choose from, good ingredients and awesome taste. Super affordable and welcoming place. Decor is not top notch for sure, there are probably more "instagramable" restaurants around, but don't be deceived by the looks of it: eating here is completely worth it! We'll for sure be visiting again!
