23/03/2024: Excellent as usual. Happy to share this experience with my guests from Lyon, accustomed to good restaurants: they were delighted by this bistronomic cuisine which they found creative and generous, as well as by the quality of the service.

17/03/2024: First visit last night and very disappointed. 4 tasting menus chosen for the table. The menu is advertised as “let yourself be carried away by the chef’s inspiration”. In the end, the chef's inspiration is limited to taking the 2 starters and 2 main courses from a menu and serving them in smaller portions. The chef must have been lacking inspiration that evening... On the contents of the plates. Entree1: foie gras roujet assembled without condiments to soften the foie gras and spiced up the roujet. Starter 2: quenelle with emulsion. Very very good emulsion but the quenelle a little floury. Dish 1.: huge disappointment. Scallops (very well cooked) but which are presented resting in a wine sauce with bacon. !?!?. Dried split pea niochi.. I stop my comments there. I expected better from this address given the other comments I really appreciate the other establishment that I will continue to favor.

21/04/2024: We discovered this restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime and it was an excellent surprise. Very friendly service and rare value for money: for the daily menu, the boss made a very nice assortment of starters for each of us to discover. All dishes were delicious. We will come back with pleasure.

29/03/2024: A perfect experience! I recently dined at the Auberge des Délices and I am still under the spell. The service was impeccable, every member of staff was attentive and professional, ensuring our evening was top notch. The kitchen was simply perfect. In addition, the setting is warm and friendly. I highly recommend !

01/04/2024: A nice disappointment... We were looking forward to having lunch in a real inn but personally, I'm a bit of an expert, however, I was very sincerely disappointed. The quantity is there but certainly not the quality. Nothing was good, the ice cream was. In short, I won't say any more...

01/04/2024: Very pleasant family time for Easter Monday with an impeccable waiter despite the back and forth stairs. A refined cuisine I highly recommend.

31/03/2024: Too many people for a supposedly special Easter menu. Some bullshit. Very poorly seated. Canteen cuisine for a special meal. We would have preferred the menu.

31/03/2024: Great meal at the Auberge du Tremplin, hearty and delicious Easter meal, great atmosphere! The only downside was that the space was very optimized so the tables were pushed together which left little room to get up or move your chair back... But overall a very good experience!
