Updated 05.04.2024 to please my daughter we came to eat there... but what a disappointment!!! Waiting time inside while we had 3 customers was too long, we had to ask to be able to pay because the employees looked at us without reacting, the price is always the same but the quantity of "junk food" has been drastically reduced... in short you order a best of and you end up eating a happymeal... basically I'll never come back again! (I won't even detail the state of the room or the tables when we were there at 6 p.m.) pathetic! ASHAMED! SCANDALOUS!

04/04/2024: Hello alore after our visit to this restaurant the meal was not bad nothing to complain about my staff it's shameful to have hired comsa people already we arrive the guy who welcomes us doesn't even say hello his conversation with his girlfriend continues afterwards I go to the bar always the same person speaks with his girlfriend saying I'm going to n... your aunt in front of us and other customers then we ask for a dish the answer we got is we don't it's not Hess as much as eating in a city without Talking that he kisses his girlfriend in the middle of service finally good bad experience

17/03/2024: I wonder what things are like in the kitchen when I rush to the bathroom for an emergency and see the damage. Forced to become a tightrope walker on the toilet seat for fear of deplorable hygiene. Toilet wall as disgusting as the floor, wall, sink, door... Too disrespectful for customers! Cleanliness is the basis in an establishment open to the public to eat!

Nothing surprises me when my children make it their favorite "canteen", and I join them...

30/03/2024: Very very disappointed... We had excellent memories of this restaurant which we rediscovered in March 2024 after several years. What a desappointment ! Minimalist cuisine, presentation worthy of a canteen, what a shame! Overrated and too “factory” reputation. 2 services, we chose the one at 7:30 p.m. and we were told to leave the premises before the 2nd service at 9:30 p.m., it's really a very average welcome. We have traveled a lot in Italy and we see Italian cuisine really differently...
We will come back to retest so as not to stay with this negative opinion.

The employees eat in the middle of the kitchen during busy periods, three quarters of the employees are sluggish and prefer to talk rather than work, which creates a wait of at least 25 minutes on an evening when there are not many people. Room, toilet and kitchen in a shameful state! Hygiene to review!!

8:10 p.m. on 04/01/2024, the person taking orders at the drive-thru is unpleasant and rushes me (more than usual).
The order is then given by another even more unpleasant person. The order ended up not being complete even though it was worth more than €50.
Just because a situation may be complicated at any given moment does not mean you should neglect your customers.
